On the morning of Friday, October 12, 2007, Steinert High School in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, was flooded by police with five drug-sniffing dogs accompanied by a prosecutor and school officials. The whole student body was arrested by being detained in various classrooms and forced to wait while the search of their lockers verified that each student was innocent of drug possession. Every locker got searched. And every student was under technical arrest until cleared of drug possession, approaching unlawful imprisonment.
The school sent us a letter home with our son saying it was a "...pre-planned search of student lockers using trained narcotics detections dogs." It continued, "As per our ongoing protocol of ensuring a safe and orderly drug-free environment...this search was a component of our program to deter illegal activity." There was no reasonable suspicion of any drug activity. It seems that this search was itself an illegal activity because it was a warrantless dragnet, pure and simple.
This incident is proof to parents that the government has little common sense when it comes to our children. They teach about human rights, the U.S. Constitution and tolerance, but do not practice what they preach.
Many of the kids are saying that Steinert H.S. teachers, counselors and principal are not about education, just prosecution of the 'War on Drugs.' There are over 1,625 students and guess what percentage of them were discovered to have had drugs or marijuana in their lockers? Zero. Nada, as in not one. For this, the Hamilton Township police and school administration alienated the trust of all 1,625 students, many of whom now feel that students are automatically guilty until proven otherwise. The kids know that they would never do the same thing to their teachers' lockers, nor publicly owned offices of the U.S. Congress, the White House and all federal agencies to weed out all those who seem to be definitely on drugs.
The Hamilton School District and Police Department stand on the point that the students' lockers are public property and thus subject to search at any time.
However, how far can a police agency go into warrantless searches of over a thousand people's effects without probable cause? Why must students have no expectation of privacy of their personal effects when given no choice but to use school lockers for their burdensome books, note pads, lunches, clothing and other paraphernalia?
And why are other public employees storage spaces not routinely searched while teachers, office clerks and even Congressional representatives are held under lock down?
If you go to a restaurant and place your parka on a public coat rack, can a police officer search every coat on the rack, go inside your zippered pockets and indict you for any contraband that he might find? Or do you still have rights to privacy in your personal effects no matter where you set them temporarily?
Whether these searches were legal or not, what kind of message are they sending to the whole student body? That they are guilty until proven innocent and that their freedoms are secondary to elites advancing their political careers by posturing themselves as effectively dealing with juvenile drug problems. There is no juvenile drug problem, just a problem in the judgment of out-of-touch-with-reality Hamilton, New Jersey, community leaders.
Unsaid is that this tactic of arresting whole student bodies and searching every locker is a pseudo-terrorist tactic designed to frighten kids into not bringing controlled substances to school. In the War on Terrorism, even local government has become a neo-terrorist operation, indulging in situational ethics where the end justifies whatever means it chooses.
In Hamilton Township, New Jersey, a drug-free environment is a rights-free environment. From the failed and embarrassing search at Steinert High School, Hamilton's 'zero tolerance' proves its zero intelligence.
What if one of these kids now feels so disenfranchised that he or she brings a gun to school to settle such abuses? Do we know how many of the recent spate of school shootings were motivated by unfair treatment of the student, causing them to think that violence was the only option left to them?
This is a very serious incident, one that could cause profound repercussions. Such abuses of our children's rights and sensibilities causes them to distrust those who are supposedly dedicated to make them productive citizens but in reality are molding them into slaves of the state.
Across the street from Steinert High School is Veterans' Park, which memorializes the tens of thousands of young people not much older that the Steinert students, who died for their freedoms.
It appears that their sacrifices are forgotten and the price they paid irrelevant to Hamilton Township, New Jersey, where kids are guilty and held prisoner until proven innocent by those they are supposed to trust.

Notice that the first (BBC) story seems more like the truth than the U.S. news (Fox News) which seems to favor the local government's version.
A 70-year-old US woman has been left bruised and bloody after an unexpected clash with police who came to caution her for not watering her lawn. Trouble flared when Utah pensioner Betty Perry, 70, refused to give her name after being upbraided because her garden breached local regulations.
She says the officer hit her with handcuffs, cutting her nose, although police insist she slipped and fell.
Ms Perry said she was "distraught" after the incident. She denied accusations she was resisting arrest, maintaining that she only turned to go inside to call her son to fix the confusing dispute.
"I tried to sit down and get away from him [the police officer]," she told Utah newspaper the Daily Herald.
"I didn't know what he was doing." I said, 'What are you doing?' And he hit me with those handcuffs in my face," she said.
"He's just trying to cover his tracks, as far as I'm concerned."
Set free
The officer had judged that Ms Perry's "sadly neglected and dying landscape" breached an Orem city guideline and was attempting to issue a formal caution when the 70-year-old was injured. She was treated in a local hospital for the cut to her nose and for other bruises before being taken to jail. But she was let go when police realised there were "other ways" of finding out her identity without jailing her, a police spokesman said.
The arresting officer has not been named but has been placed on administrative leave, he added. Ms Perry, who says she has never had a run-in with police in the past, has been offered help by local church leaders to clean up her garden.
"I'm very distraught over all this," she said.
"I can't believe this happened. Do you ever just wish you could start your day over and it would all be different?"
Betty Perry, of Orem, Utah, was arrested Friday after police tried to ticket her for her brown, sickly lawn.
"It was horrible," Perry told FOX News, describing her arrest.
"It was like your worst nightmare." The police officer who arrested her has been suspended by his red-faced bosses.
"Life is a learning experience, and each officer learns over the course of a career that tactics and responses are not absolute in each situation," said Lt. Doug Edwards, a spokesman for Orem police.
When the officer knocked on Perry's door, she refused to identify herself or accept a citation and said she wanted to call her son.
As the officer tried to take her hand, Perry tripped on the front step, cut the bridge of her nose and rolled onto her stomach, putting her hands under her to foil the officer, Edwards said. [ Unsaid is that the officer went onto her private property (porch) without a warrant. JD ]
Perry was eventually handcuffed and taken to jail, where she spent more than an hour before officials decided custody was inappropriate. [ Not that they violated a whole bunch of Constitutional protections. -JD ]
The woman hasn't watered her lawn in a year, a violation of a city ordinance, Edwards said.
"I've never been attacked before like that," Perry told KSL-TV.
"I can't afford to turn my water on for $50 a month. ... I just hope he can apologize and this can all be forgotten." [ Orem P.D. would rather have her eat dog food than have brown grass out front . -JD ]
The officer's name was not released. Orem is in Utah County, 30 miles south of Salt Lake City.
"There were other options available to handle this situation besides making an arrest and holding the woman in jail," Edwards said.
"Certainly had the woman been a shoplifter at the mall who refused to identify herself, no one would question or be surprised that she was arrested and handcuffed, regardless of her age," he said.
[ Notice the characterization technique employed in the above sentence, which implies that the victim is a criminal equal to a shoplifter, even though it her own private property that the local government seems to think it owns. This is "Fair, balanced and unbiased Fox News...,? Suuuure it is. They could equally have said, "Certainly had the woman been a mass-murderer...." -JD ]

This outrageous incident shows how government now thinks it owns your private property (because of the Kelo v. New London confiscations?). More and more people are no longer viewing U.S. press and TV news, or even U.S. news websites, and instead are watching foreign news broadcasts like the BBC on Public Access and foreign websites to get unpolarized news.

Home School Legal Defense Association <hslda@hslda.org> reports, "This month we explained to you what happened to the 15 year old German girl, Melissa, who was being homeschooled, how she was removed from her parent's home by 15 police officers and social workers, and placed into a psychiatric unit at the Nuremburg clinic for school-phobia (the account can be read at http://www.hslda.org/elert/archive/2007/02/20070205135755.asp).
We have now received even more shocking news. Last week the German authorities, without consulting or informing the parents, moved Melissa to an undisclosed location. Her contact with her family has been limited to a short conversation once per week. Last Friday the court met to determine further placement of Melissa. The court refused to change its decision but removed the first psychiatrist from the case (Melissa indicated that most of what the first psychiatrist reported was false and that she never said those things). The court is having two new psychiatrists examine Melissa.
Melissa has been moved--for a third time--to a foster home in the country. The first foster family didn't want Melissa anymore because she did not "fit." According to Melissa, the family was apparently bothered by her reading French and translating it into German.
Melissa's father, Hubert Busekros, said he and his lawyer were offered a compromise this week that they could not accept. The authorities wanted the Busekros's to give up custody of their other five children in order to resolve this situation. Hubert said the authorities are considering doing psychiatric exams on the other five children in order to implicate Hubert and his wife as unfit parents and thereby break up the family.
These actions against this homeschool family are an outrage. There are approximately 40 other cases pending in Germany. Many homeschool families have fled to Austria or another nearby country where homeschooling is legal. The German government is persecuting these innocent families without mercy. The German Embassy has indicated they cannot allow "parallel cultures." Christian homeschooling is a "parallel culture" that Germany does not want."
If you readers object to the German government persecuting Christians today like it had the Jews a few decades ago, please send them an e-mail expressing your outrage. Please copy your aquaintences, asking them to request their friends and families to do the same until Germany relents and finally renounces its Nazi method for a final solution against homeschooled Christian children.

Never again will any of us spend one Yankee dollar on anything German.
Germany should never be free, because each time it has been permitted to be free after killing millions of innocent people, it turns Nazi and arrests the most innocent to protect the tyrannical power of the Nazi police-state.

Most Americans still naively believe the government through the media. Some insiders say that Al-Zarqawi was one of our assets and he had to be extracted because things were getting too hot for him with the fundamentalist Muslims.
Ask yourself one thing: 'If two five-hundred-pound bombs were in fact used to kill Zarqawi, where did they get such nice photos of his intact, undamaged, supposedly-dead face?' Photos of the 'dead' Al Zarqawi were all over the television every 20 minutes for days.
Because a thousand pounds of explosives would make a deep crater, blowing everything to smithereens, Zarqawi would have been tomato paste and not distinguishable as even human. Yet the media just happened to receive cameo morgue photos to convince us suckers that Zarqawi et. al. were dead instead of evacuated.
So, why doesn't the head of Al-Zarqawi look like a pizza? Because, perhaps, he's no deader than the at least seven so-called 9-11 hijackers that are still living in the Middle East.
Zarqawi's wife, child and two other bad guys were killed in the attack, if we can believe the head-embedded media. But can we believe a media, can we believe a government, that has yet to utter the word, "impeachment" about President Bush who is wiretapping millions of us outside the Constitution, when they screamed for President Nixon's head for tapping only one office?
The death of Al-Zarqawi may not be what it seems, just like our President is not what he seems. He has already established himself as a dictator, ignoring hundreds of laws, saying that he is a "unitary executive" having the power to set aside any law whatsoever based on his personal interpretation of the Constitution, regardless that Congress and the courts say otherwise. "Unitary executive" is a political theory that any U.S. President has unlimited executive power. Bush has used the theory to expand presidential powers just like any dictator who personally feels he can ignore the rest of the government and the will of the people. Yet no one dares say the word, "impeach," because nearly all of government and the media have been compromised to the point that they no longer have spines nor dignity. Want a tax audit or want to lose your job? Try standing up to American tyranny and see what happens to you.
Bush now claims that he is above telling Congress of his private treaties with foreign powers that will create a new country that includes the USA, Canada and Mexico, without borders between them so the dollars can flow even better into his family and friends' pockets, since NAFTA and GATT/GANN has worked so well for them using slave labor. He is silent on the plan to build the NAFTA Superhighway and is refusing to tell Congress what's in the treaties he signed with our neighbors. After all, he's the Unitary Executive who no longer has to answer to anyone.
What will the Democrat Party say to the Longshoremen's and Teamster's Unions when they are 'outsourced' and no longer have jobs? The NAFTA Superhighway will transport trailers off container ships that enter through the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas, offloaded by cheap Mexican labor instead of expensive American Longshoremen.
Mexican trucks with low-paid Mexican drivers will do an end-run around American Teamsters in trucks that need not meet the inspection standards that burden U.S. haulers, will travel uninhibited on what will be our nation’s newest, widest, cutting-edge superhighway non-stop straight through the heart of America. They won't need to stop at the Rio Grande for U.S. Customs. Believe it or not, their first stop will be in Kansas City, Missouri at a 'customs office' run by the Mexican government.
This is what happens when a "Unitary Executive" runs amok without any checks and balances. Hitler and Stalin would have been jealous.
When a U.S. President violates his oath of office by ignoring the U.S. Constitution that he swore to obey and defend, he is no longer President. Yet where is "The Third Estate," the media? They are the last empty lot on the left, wordless and spineless. And useless.
So Al-Zarqawi isn't dead, WE are dead. Our nation once built upon a system of checks and balances is now dead. All private property rights have been voided by the USC ruling in Kelo v. New London. All civil rights have been suspended by the Bush White House wire-tapping of all our conversations and financial movements. Our due-process rights no longer exist because of thousands of federal warrants that no longer need a judge's signature, only an agent's 'good faith suspicion.'
Stage magicians use misdirection to insure the audience doesn't see what his other hand is doing. The 'War On Terror' is the misdirection so American citizens don't see that the other hand is gathering yet more chains with which to make sure that the audience stays where it belongs, paying their taxes to buy even more chains.

The official government story is that the Pentagon was struck by a Boeing 757-200 with a wingspan of 124 ft, a length of 155 ft., and a height of 44 ft 6 in at the tail, and weighing almost 250,000 pounds.

In your September 6, 2006 piece, Help Restore Truth, Justice and the American Way In 60 Seconds, you wrote:
"If we had a truly dedicated, truth-oriented news media, America would quickly become a radically better and more unified nation. . . That kind of news organization—and I don't mean to brag—is exactly how many Americans have come to regard WorldNetDaily.com. . . ."
The above used to be true of WND. At one time it was, indeed, cutting edge and faithful to facts. However, that is not the case today.
Missing from WND is the biggest truth of all, the truth about the events occurring on 9-11.
A few weeks ago, I e-mailed Joe, Elizabeth and one of the WND editors about this particularly glaring lapse. If uncorrected, WND may one day meet much public scorn for not broadcasting the truth and weathering the ensuing storm regardless. This is because so much of our human rights have been violated based on a foreign attack that obviously never occurred.
Look at "The Bear That's There" and tell me whether WND missed the biggest truth of the 21st century, to date.
If I am wrong, then how do you explain the sudden collapse of WTC Bldg. 7, untouched by any aircraft?
The only 'conspiracy theory' about 9-11 is the government's explanation. I repeat: The only 'conspiracy theory' about 9-11 is the government's explanation.
Every cop and firefighter who testified the opposite before the 9-11 Commission never made it into print when the report was finally issued. THERE'S the conspiracy, and it's all on the federal side.
Eleven of the nineteen named hijackers are still alive and well.
Never in the history of this country has all of the evidence from a major crime scene been quickly hauled away before the authorities could inspect and record it. This was the greatest mass-murder in our history, yet not one forensic investigation was allowed.
The evidence of high-explosive charges cutting the girders into convenient 30-foot lengths that fit flatbed trucks perfectly, was removed before it could be assayed.
While it may be your human reaction to marginalize this letter and side with a staff that stonewalled me instead of seeking a solution, consider that a professional reaction would be to correct this problem before WND becomes part of the morass while the rest of our God-given freedoms are ignored and their exercise eventually punished.
It is time for WND to stop it's posturing and stand up for the truth. The time is now, not after a committee meeting at some future date.

If you don't act today, to become some of those that dare, then you may be unable to act tomorrow for fear of seizure and imprisonment for "aiding terrorism" by criticizing the government in any way.

All the stories we see in the TV news, print and Internet media today are like mice in a small room occupied by a grizzly bear. We can see the bear, hear him panting and growling as he attempts to stomp on us, but everyone pretends he's just not there, even though he's eating all the food and we mice are starving.
The bear is the U.S. government and media cover up of the 9/11 attacks. They never came close to proving that foreign "terrorists" were involved. Of all four missing planes' passenger manifests, not one Middle Easterner was on any of them. A jihadist who is bravely going to his death for the sake of his beliefs in Allah and Islam is a martyr and wants the whole world to know it. Martyr's families receive reverential praise and support in their communities for decades. Yet not one of the "terrorists" the American government insists were on the aircraft used their real names or were listed on the passenger lists. At least seven of the nineteen 'hijackers' are still alive.
The 9/11 attacks were created for justification of U.S. covert plans to grab influence over oil politics in the Middle East and as anexcuse to take away the rest of Americans' liberties through a manufactured threat-scenario called, "The War On Terror."
What good are all the thousands of articles about politics, global warming, education, scandals, religion, economics and how we must always go out and vote so that we can "make a difference"? If our votes really did make a difference, they'd be illegal.
Who cares about such articles when the cover up of what really happened on 9/11 is hands-off, an untouchable leper? What good are they when in the name of a phony "terrorist attack," our way of life no longer exists except at the pleasure of corporate-driven federal socialists? We are being starved of our liberties by a ursus horribulus that stomps every mouse who dares get in his way or mention that he's there.
I see a lot of authors write all around the grizzly bear, almost approaching the truth, but none seem to have the conviction to call for an open door to run the bear out of the house. Our Founding Fathers would have made a bearskin rug.
I will tell you here and tell you now with no equivocation: THE 9/11 ATTACKS WERE NOT DONE BY TERRORISTS.
There is absolutely no need for the PATRIOT Act, the FEMA Police, Homeland Security, airline and stadium searches and warrantless monitoring of every phone call and e-mail conversation we make.
In the name of a false threat that never existed, all of our rights and freedoms have been trivialized. Every branch of federal government has been suborned, including the U.S. Supreme Court, whose judicial activists invent law and have recently canceled our rights to own property, in Kelo v. City of New London, making eminent-domain confiscations of our homes to increase politicians' tax profits 'constitutional.'
Central government today is one-hundred times worse than under George III, yet how many Americans can see this? Perhaps most don't want to see it, because it might compel them to drop their precious remote controls.
THERE IS NO WAR ON TERROR.
If there was, the whole nation would be told to take up arms. Everybody would be armed, even on aircraft. Inexpensive AK47's would be stored in every closet, much like arms are stored in homes all over Switzerland because the Swiss government has nothing to fear from its populace. There is only a war against our freedom in the name of a created threat that doesn't exist. We have been duped into surrendering our liberty in the false name of security by a government that sends us out into the "War On Terror" unarmed because we cannot be trusted with guns. The most basic of all rights is the right of self defense against criminal attacks. A great equalizer between the weak and the strong, guns in the hands of women could reduce assaults upon them by stronger male attackers by 80%. How can it be said that women have equal rights if they cannot carry, yet Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush all hide behind guns for their protection because they're much more important than our wives, sisters and daughters? Again, the only 'war' is on our freedoms.
People are so used to being indoctrinated by government that they have actually been convinced to ignore their own eyes. Everyone who saw the videos of the World Trade Center Towers saw them fall exactly like other high-rise buildings that were dropped by sequential demolition charges, at the speed of gravity because there was no structural resistance below to impede their collapse into their basement footprints. Yet almost every viewer has been convinced by the lap-dog media that measly jet-fuel fires could melt the massive steel girders of both buildings, then make everything collapse. Just like a pilot's foot pedals could make a passenger jet burst into flames, then crash in Rockaway, NY. Apparently the federal government has learned that the public will buy any lie, no matter how absurd, if it's repeated often enough.
There were dozens and dozens of reports by rescue workers on the ground at the WTC complex that heard explosions over an hour after the planes crashed into the towers. They felt explosions under their feet that were so powerful that seismographs registered them at 2.1 and 2.3 on the Richter scale. Only explosions could have caused them.
The weekend before the 9/11 WTC demolition, all power was shut down to install "computer cables." No one was allowed inside and all security cameras and alarms had no power for 30 hours. Computer cables don't connect with building electricity, so the need to turn off and close both towers to do so is indicative of another motive, like planting charges without alarms and video surveillance. Marvin Bush, brother to President George and Jeb, was a principal in Securacom, which was in charge of security for the World Trade Center. Didn't hear that on the TV news, did you?
Suckers who still buy into the monumental lie that aircraft crashes caused the collapse of both WTC Towers, cannot explain how a steel beam weighing twice as much as a Boeing 767 flew from one WTC building over 390 feet to bury itself very deeply into the neighboring American Express building.
Even harder to explain is why WTC Building 7, a block away, collapsed "because of fire," when it received no damage from the Twin Towers' collapse. No other skyscraper in the world ever collapsed because of a fire of any type, including that from a B25 bomber crashing into the Empire State Building decades ago.
Of all the air crashes in the USA over the past three decades, how many ground crashes resulted in not recovering their black boxes, containing pilots' voices (CVR's) and aircraft telemetries (FDR's) before and during impact? Yet not one usable black box was ever recovered from any of the four planes that reputedly were hijacked on 9/11. Not one.
Flight 93 that contained the "Let's roll!" myth, where four passengers supposedly tried to overpower the hijackers, did not crash into one small area like it should have. It's debris was spread over 8 miles, indicating that it was shot down by a military fighter jet, exploding in the sky and raining down debris over eight miles, "like confetti."
The WTC was the biggest crime, mass murder, 'hijackings' and air crashes in US history. Yet all the forensic evidence was immediately removed, buried or shipped to smelters so that not one investigator from any agency could inspect it. Who has that kind of power?
President Bush and all his staff swore to God to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, then apparently went on to violate their oaths of office by completely ignoring the Constitution. Bush maintains that he can ignore the U.S. Constitution and tap into private computers, phone lines, medical records and any other private citizens' data whenever he wants, by his self-declared doctrine of "Unitary Executive.” He claims that as Commander-In-Chief the president is the sole judge of the law, is unbound by the Geneva Conventions against torture and possesses inherent authority to subordinate the entire government to his rule—including Congress and the courts.
Bush also originated "Extraordinary Rendition.” This program, also condoned by Vice President Dick Cheney, involves the clandestine transfer of suspected terrorists to countries ruled by regimes that torture and commit other forms of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. Dr. William F. Schulz, executive director of Amnesty International USA, referring to a set of CIA flight logs obtained by his organization, said the logs were “...irrefutable proof that the United States is ‘disappearing’ people into secret facilities where they are held incommunicado without charge, trial, or access to the outside world.”
The American Reichstag Fire of the 9/11 "terrorist attacks" was created so that the American public would back the invasions of Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Iran in the name of "The War On Terror," while stripping away the rights of the same American public. The results have been the same as in Nazi Germany, suspensions of freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and private ownership of property. Citizens are forbidden to own the same weapons that their "servants," their police and military, carry to defend themselves. There is literally more freedom in most Third-World countries than now in the USA, which has ten times the per-capita prison population than the People's Republic of China.
Alexis de Tocqueville wisely observed,“I know of no country in which there is so little independence of mind and real freedom of discussion as in America.”The 'War On Terror' is a sham to enable U.S. power to confiscate, to torture, to imprison without due process and to invade any country that the military-industrial complex fancies. When God was kicked out of public life, we know who stepped in.
Where are the cries for impeachment?
Where are the defenders of liberty? None of them seem to work in the broadcast or print media.
When are citizens going to demand that the cover up of 9/11 be kicked out the door along with the people who invented it?
When will the truth be told, that THERE IS NO WAR ON TERROR, but only on oil and on citizens' rights?
The bear is there, but where are the mice with the courage to force him out the door?

CONDITION BROWN: Feds see Al Qaeda behind every rock

The US federal government is attempting to blame the Al Qaeda for the October, 2003, fires that burned southern California. A June 25 memo from the Denver office of the FBI allegedly reported that one of the "terrorists in detention" confessed that the Al Qaeda was planning to set wildfires throughout the western USA.
The only problem us regular people have with such a scenario is that we know that the "terrorists in detention" have been tortured and therefore would say anything to end the torture. The US admits that it questions the POW's at the Guantanamo Bay kennels "only sixteen hours a day." Can you imagine how quickly you'd snap after being grilled 16 hours a day for months on end? Even without the sensory deprivation methods and other psy-ops experiments, that'd be enough to turn the bravest fanatic into a bowl of Jell-O. This is why such 'confessions' have zero credibility with decent people.
Since 9/11 we have been hearing over and over again, "Condition Yellow, Condition Red," touting threats to bridges, buildings, aircraft and the American Way of Life. Of all these dozens of warnings, not one terrorist incident has occurred. NOT ONE terrorist incident predicted by the Fed ever happened. Chicken Little had the same level of success with the sky falling. And for this, billions of dollars have been spent, a great bureaucracy was established in the name of "Homeland Security" and the civil rights of American citizens have been erased by the PATRIOT Act. All in the name of a little temporary safety that the Fed never could deliver in the first place. Our 'intelligence' agencies had already received billions of dollars before 9/11 and caught not one whiff of it, yet Congress keeps throwing good money after bad.
Desperate to justify the vast expenditures of money and manpower, the government now clutches at each and every calamity as a terrorist incident. The Al Qaeda are behind every misfortune because they just have to be----to keep the illusion going.
Cynics say that the Justice Department is only good for burning little children at Waco, blowing the heads off breast-feeding mothers at Ruby Ridge and killing innocent people in their beds during no-knock drug raids at the wrong houses. Let's face it, the FBI and the other alphabet soup agencies are a bureaucratic disgrace. They are skilled at killing helpless citizens but run around like the Keystone Kops when handling real threats.
The DC Beltway snipers caught themselves. Even they commented on federal incompetence when they called in to give hints on finding them. They were put on hold and ignored. If there were hundreds of Al Qaeda operatives bent on destruction inside our borders, they would have a field day with the witless Keystone Feds, to whom we just surrendered billions of dollars and our rights. We all saw how just one sniper team could paralyze law enforcement and cause a frenzied media carnival.
If there were actual Al Qaeda operatives inside our borders, between their strip-club visits they could easily cause national hysteria with just one rifle. Yet nothing has happened since 9/11 because there is no Al Qaeda threat.
Have you thought of that? There is NO AL QAEDA THREAT. Then everything that has happened since 9/11 makes sense because nothing has happened since 9/11. And since nothing has happened since 9/11, perhaps the Al Qaeda never had anything to do with 9/11. If you think that can't be true, show me the evidence that they were involved in 9/11. The Fed says they were, but then again, the Fed said burning scores of children to death at Waco was justified because David Koresh had no gun license and the FBI agent who blew the head off a nursing mother with a babe in her arms is still free roaming the streets with a
federal gun.

So who are you going to believe, the Fed or your own common sense? There are no Al Qaeda terrorists except in the boogeyman tales by Uncle Sam to scare us into surrendering even more of our freedoms.
It is not the Al Qaeda who "hate our way of life," but the federal government that hates our way of life. We simply have too much power and control over our own destinies, since we can still sue them in court. The IRS is now being uncovered for the unconstitutional entity it is in courts throughout the USA and they don't like it. Thus they protect us from the boogeyman Al Qaeda by removing our rights of redress against our government masters. This is why there will always be an Al Qaeda and manufactured 'terrorist' incidents. They are mere excuses to pull our chains tighter in the false name of national security and the only 'Condition' warning color that applies is brown.
While most Americans have been taught to see a terrorist behind every rock, few are those who can see the federal badge he's wearing.

From Iraq comes the news that U.S. troops are kidnapping innocent relatives of "suspected terrorists" and holding them hostage until the suspect turns himself in. Whole villages are being wrapped in barbed wire and only those citizens who accept an identity card from U.S. forces can leave and return to their beds under gunpoint.
Meanwhile, our soldiers are going from house to house ferreting out "illegal" weapons. Of course no one can quote whose law and exactly where it is written that forbids Iraqi citizens to own guns, but the 'embedded' media go-alongs say they're
"illegal."
Not one journalist has asked in a press briefing anywhere, what will happen to the disarmed Iraqi citizens down the road if, once western troops leave, a religious bloodbath occurs. Without guns, maybe they can trip the marauders with the leftover barbed wire, since there will be plenty of that left to them.
At a checkpoint outside the village of Abu Hishma which he helped encircle with barbed wire, Todd Brown, a 4th U.S. Infantry captain, says of the Iraqi civilian internees, "The only thing they understand is force...." Older Europeans certainly have heard these words before, from the Waffen-SS.
Haven't we seen all this before? 'Liberating' a foreign country, occupying it for its own good, confiscating all means of resistance, holding noncombatants behind barbed wire and taking hostages until resistance fighters turn themselves in for love of their imprisoned relatives. The Iraqi people certainly have, under Saddam Hussein and his Republican Guard; to them nothing has changed, only their jailers. Westerners have also seen this before, in Poland and every other country invaded by the Nazi war machine.
Don't like what I'm saying? I don't blame you, it also makes me squirm. But our government's methods are undeniably the same as used by the Nazis. And like WWII German citizens, Americans today will also deny the truth right in front of their faces because they also don't want to see the truth.
Who among us wants to admit that the American socialist government has devolved to the same thuggery employed by the National Socialists in Germany?
Can anybody see this? If you do, don't expect to get any sound bytes in the media. We know who the broadcast media fears to expose----the same agencies that you now fear, the federal government.
Think about that. The average working stiff in America today is more worried about tangling with government agents and its judges than terrorism. And seeing our government's cruelty so nakedly displayed in Iraq just adds to this anxiety.
President Bush and his appointees seem to actually believe their own White House press briefing lies, not only about why the U.S. invaded Iraq to begin with, but why the U.S. military must remain there so long after the Saddam regime was bombed into
oblivion.
It's bad when the government lies to you. But it's fatal to democracy when the government lies to itself. Of such chaos, only war and suffering can result.
Today, like it or not, most the world sees the United States of America not as a shining city on a hill, but as a heartless conqueror that kidnaps helpless women and children in order to get at its enemies.
For each hapless Iraqi child or mother we kidnap, we sprout ten new enemies outraged by our tactics. For each town we turn into a concentration camp with a barbed wire shroud, ten new towns that once supported us now hate us. Because of this, not only will attacks on U.S. interests and personnel escalate in Iraq, they will increase globally and exponentially as thousands of formerly neutral people are galvanized by tales of U.S. atrocities against innocent people that will be largely true.
Hitler was puzzled that the USA would enter the war against him. After all, he was doing a 'good thing' for his country and for all of Europe. None of us should likewise be puzzled when former allies turn against us as well, for we are just as blind and just as wrong as the citizens of WWII-era Germany.
Someday I hope our grandchildren will not be equally ashamed of us as are the mortified descendants of the infamous Nazi Germany.

AMERICAN CITIZEN IS INDIGNANT ABOUT AMERICAN GOVERNMENT'S ACTIONS
Many Americans could not believe it when they heard that U.S. authorities have kidnapped two small children in their ever-expanding 'War on Terrorism.' Many of us thought it was a misprint, misinformation. After all, the USA has always stood for freedom, justice, and the American way. Then WorldNetDaily news website published an article confirming that the U.S. has, indeed, kidnapped the small 7 and 9 year old sons of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who purportedly is the masterminded of the 9-11 attacks.
I don't know how my fellow countrymen feel, but I declare that even if Khalid had killed a million innocent people, it is a grave offence against humanity and the God above us, to kidnap children. Such a heinous act makes us no better than the Nazi Gestapo, who also said that it 'could save lives' if they tortured whole families for information.
I cannot believe that the broadcast media is holding still for this for one moment. Any respect decent Americans once had for the networks and syndicates has now evaporated, because no broadcast voices are yet raised up to defend even small children from the viciousness of 'win at any cost' bureaucrats.
Any government that regards tiny children as pawns to be exploited in its 'War On Terror,' which is more truly a war on individual rights, needs to hear from sane men. Unfortunately, there seems to be no voice, no accommodation for such sane men in any U.S. media. Only Pravda will print articles such as this, which says a lot about freedom of the press in America.
It is time to choose. Terrorist cell, or terrorist NATION? Which is the greater threat?
Our government has almost daily issued terrorist threat warnings, assigning various colors for 'alerts.' Yet no one says what we were supposed to do with such information. The government that took our guns away, even though it claims we are 'at war,' sends us citizens out unarmed. Because we foolishly let them.
U.S. based airline pilots, all absolute captains of their ships, are so blind to their Natural Rights that they beg their government for permission to protect their passengers with handguns. PERMISSION!! And they're still begging while the debauched Congress hides behind the guns of hundreds of armed guards, making more laws saying no to them and everyone else.
In the many months since 9-11, there have been thousands of 'terrorist alerts,' but there has been not one, repeat, NOT ONE terrorist attack as predicted. The same 'intelligence' agencies that didn't have one whiff of the pending 9-11 tragedy are now receiving more money, more power and yet more money? to protect us just like they did before 9-11.
Now the government has sunk to an all-time low. While countless legislators rush to indict and pass more and more laws against child abuse, it kidnaps two little children, not only away from their family, but away even from their own country and culture, transporting them into the U.S. for confinement and interrogation.
Never, in my wildest imagination did I think that the country for which I am willing to die would sink so low, so despicably as to torture anyone, especially children, for any reason whatsoever since no reason whatsoever would ever suffice. We attacked and ended whole nations for doing such things. Yet now we are committing the same horrible crimes. And I guarantee that this will finally kill us, politically and, worse, spiritually.
We have met the terrorists, and they are us.

The Middle Eastern CNN-type news agency, Al-Jazeera, recently aired an audio tape of Osama bin Laden calling all Muslims to rise up and defend their “brothers in Iraq." The timing of the tape is impeccable. Both domestic and European critics had been complaining that the U.S. is should only be attacking terrorists, not Saddam Hussein. But now this wonderful tape appears, showing how Iraq and the Al Qaeda are really one and the same.
Not surprisingly on the same tape ‘Osama’ threatens Saudi Arabia, his own country that furnished the majority of the 9-11 hijackers and millions of dollars into his pockets. American support of the Saudi government had been waning, but now, thanks to this tape persuading us just how strong an enemy Saudi Arabia is to Osama, all Americans can now believe the Saudis are on our side.
This tape is far too convenient for the aims of the U.S. government. Not one of the talking heads on the TV news channels have noticed this. No one has said that there could be an Arab Rich Little out in the weeds with a Sony tape recorder. Or even one in Langley.
Speaking of the TV ‘news,’ none of them have offered or asked for one bit of proof that OBL and/or Al Qaeda had anything to do with the 9-11 attacks. I just haven’t seen any actual evidence. Have you?
Immediately after 9-11 the airlines published the passenger lists of all four crashed aircraft. Nowhere on them were the names of the terrorists which the government released, strangely within mere hours of the tragedy. More strange, several of the terrorists have since been discovered to be still alive, well, and nowhere near the USA.
Can anyone out there offer us any real proof that Al Qaeda and Osama were responsible for 9-11? I’ve heard countless generalizations, characterizations and commentary about Muslim “hatred for our way of life,” but is there any real evidence? I think we all know the answer.
Here’s a question you’ll never hear asked by the government-lap-dog U.S. media: Who died and made us boss?
What gives us the authority to go inside a foreign country and forcibly remove its leader? We did this with Manuel Noriega in Panama. Now we want to do it with Iraq. But what international law authorizes us to do this? After all, we tell the People’s Republic of China that they better not set foot in Taiwan. And we sure objected to Japan expanding into neighboring countries.
How can a country that issued the Monroe Doctrine demand at the threat of war that other nations not try to colonize or otherwise influence countries in the western hemisphere, set itself above that rule?
We still apply the Monroe Doctrine today, only we apply it globally to every other nation but ourselves. Isn’t this hypocritical? Not only is it hypocritical, call it typical, typical because this nation is ruled by hypocrites that make thousands of rules for us unwashed masses but exempt themselves from them. Whoever says that, “No one is above the law,” has never read much about the U.S. Congress. One example of hundreds is that Congress members don’t pay into Social Security. How much is taken by force out of your salary annually?
Do you see Yale, Harvard and other Ivy League graduates running to fill the ranks of the military forces now encircling Iraq? Sure you do....
Only poor kids are going to Iraq. We will tell them to kill and maim other poor kids for all the rich ones who will not serve. We will tell them to kill and maim other poor kids for all the rich fathers who made fortunes exploiting their poor fathers.
After the release of the Rich Little-Osama tape, polls say that the majority of Americans now believe Iraq should be attacked as a terrorist organization. Just one little tape and now we’re going to war with pride.
Already the non-serving elites are reaping the benefits of war. In one week alone, fuel oil prices for home heating went up 20%. If I complain that more sick, elderly pensioners will freeze because they cannot pay these increases, people will e-mail me that I’m “unpatriotic.” It seems that anyone who criticizes government nowadays is labeled unpatriotic.
Like Abraham Lincoln, I expect our current president to sign a bill tossing all critics in jail without due process. After all, no one objected much when our government began throwing “terror suspects” into prison, declaring that they have no constitutional rights whatsoever. That’s what happens when foolish people believe that the government can grant and take away rights.
Maybe someone will come up with another audio tape with ‘Osama’ saying how helpful are American citizens who criticize America. Polls will quickly show that Al Qaeda sympathizers deserve no due process. Polls will scream, “Hang ‘em high!” Then the elites can redefine a suspected government critic as an “unpatriotic terrorist-supporting suspect,” causing me and you to wind up in an isolation cell for years without even one phone call out.
Due process now belongs only to those who the U.S. government allows.
We did not speak up in defense of human rights for people denied due process because a label was placed upon them by government. That guarantees that no one will speak up for us when we are carted away in the night. We know this because we have seen this all before, on Kristalnacht, the night Jewish windows were broken throughout Germany by elite forces that wound up limiting human rights for everyone but themselves.
None of us can say that we had no fair warning.

It seems that our government has allowed ex-CIA agent Osama Bin Laden and over 3,000 of his Al Queda terrorist regulars to fly out of Afghanistan under the guise of evacuating Pakistani wounded. They are now laughing at us as they sun themselves in Somalia and Abu Dhabi, while our grunts are chasing their tails inside the caves of Tora Bora.
It is reported that the Tora Bora cubbyholes never held more than 300 Al Queda fighters, instead of the thousands and thousands touted by our 'intelligence' agencies. The paltry 300 were sent there as a diversion for the rubes watching on CNN.
By agreement, the U.S. stopped bombing the airport at Konduz to allow the humanitarian evacuation of mostly wounded native Pakistani Taliban troops, so that they could return to their country in exchange for the cooperation we had received from Pakistan. While they were being airlifted out, several charter planes of Russian design landed and left at the same times, taking as many as 4,000 armed Al Queda terrorists out of Afghanistan, including Osama Bin Laden.
Apparently, the evacuation lasted almost a week, starting around the third week of November. Our geniuses kept bombing and strafing Tora Bora for weeks, even though the enemy was never there, to make sure that our media got plenty of photo ops of the War on Terrorism making an impressive amount of smoke and noise.
I bet many of you have seen the fantastic weapons our aircraft carry. They have special bombs that crater entire airport runways so that they are not usable without months of repairs. So, I ask you, how can it be that we have been "bombing" the airport at Konduz, yet allowed planes to land on its runways? Doesn't bombing an airport make it useless? Yet, thousands of Taliban fighters from Pakistan and thousands more battle-hardened Al Queda terrorists escaped over several days during the "pauses in bombing" by the USA. Something doesn't smell right. Yet it smells familiar; it smells like the Clinton administration telling us one thing while it did another.
Iraqi intelligence has warned our State Department that if the U.S. captures Bin Laden and effectively ends the power of the Al Queda to 'Be all you can be,' it will cause such a huge Islamic fundamentalist backlash that riots will occur in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt that won't stop until their leaders are deposed and replaced with fundamentalist mullahs that would make the Taliban seem glamorous.
So, Osama and company are secretly evacuated to safer grounds while our President vows to 'get him.' It smells like the Bush administration telling us one thing while doing another. They chose to allow Bin Laden and his merry men to escape in the name of Muslim fundamentalist 'stability,' a new oxymoron.
Speaking of morons, many American are still reacting to the new War On Terrorism with patriotic fervor, setting U.S. flags rippling on their car antennas, front porches and even their kid's tricycles.
It doesn't matter to patriots that if any cop says they're a suspected terrorist for yelling at a meter maid, they can be arrested and jailed without hearing the charges against them, without an attorney, without a phone call and without bail. Next, they can be tried by a secret court, convicted with secret evidence, then even executed in secret. They can disappear off the face of the earth, grabbed up by the new Gestapo, the USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act Secret Police, while families wonder who is now supposed to raise and lower the nine-foot America flag every night in front of the family home. It simply doesn't matter that all Civil Rights have been trashed, because it's the other guy who's a suspect, not a patriot.
It doesn't matter that George Duhhhbya has enacted a War-On-Terrorism economic stimulus package to save the free world. Thanks to his brilliant defense of freedom, the supranational corporations no longer have to pay any income taxes! In fact, they are being refunded for past years, to the tune of 140 billion dollars. Billions of tax refunds to IBM, GM, Ford – all FOG, "Friends Of George."
Go ahead, America, try to fudge just a little on your tax deductions; times are tight and you're running low on grocery money more and more every month. Then expect an audit and perhaps armed agents bursting into your home and business, confiscating and selling even the shoes off your feet.
Lower your heads for the yoke of the New World Order to set gently on your necks, while IBM executives sail on their tax-free yachts. They are now laughing at us as they sun themselves off the coasts of Somalia and Abu Dhabi, echoed by the laughter of Osama Bin Laden, lilting in the warm, offshore breeze.
Let's all sing, America the Beautiful.

The price of gold has climbed to over US$ 600 an ounce. Many are saying this is because of the pending war with Iran. However, this leap in gold prices has little to do with a real or imagined war with Iran, it has to do with greed.
Remember the Bruce Willis movie, DIE HARD 3, where 'terrorists' stole dump-trucks full of gold from the N.Y. Federal Reserve Bank that belonged to different foreign countries? Think what that gold was doing there in the first place: in 1973 all the OPEC member countries agreed with the USA to sell OPEC oil only for U.S. dollars. This forced every nation in the world to buy U.S. federal reserve 'dollars' in order to purchase OPEC oil for import. They have been exchanging their gold for our otherwise worthless 'dollars' for years, having no other choice in order to import critical oil.
In March of 2006, Iran broke the OPEC oil-for-U.S. dollars-only agreement by offering oil on the Paris stock market for EUROdollars. Other OPEC countries fed up with U.S. hegemony are sure to follow. China and Japan, with their wallets stuffed with yuan and yen, are cheerfully holding Iran's coat while waiting for the dust to settle.
Since our "federal reserve notes" have no value unless all countries are forced to buy them at economic gunpoint, Iran is the leak in the dike. If the USA doesn't stick its finger in it, it will definitely grow. Once other nations see Iran getting away with selling her oil for real money, they will stop buying U.S. dollars and the USA will be flooded with inflation because of her idiocy in having federal reserve notes backed by nothing.
Inevitably, a major OPEC producer, Iran, just said NO!, and is selling its oil for more viable currency, with the benefit of wrecking the US economy far more than a thousand attacks on U.S. buildings could yield. Even our allies are rubbing their hands in glee as they eagerly await us to go down in economic flames.
Saddam Hussein attempted to sell his oil for other than U.S. dollars, and look what happened to him under the false excuse that he had "WMD's." Now Iran is attempting the same thing, so it looks like we might attack Iran under the false excuse that they may be thinking of developing breeder reactors in a few years that will take another 3-7 years to produce fissionable uranium and then develop a viable delivery system. But just THINKING of it years in the future is an excuse for war today, because when all is done, we gotta protect American dollar-based oil companies and their shareholders which comprise all the movers, shakers and campaign donors in the USA. And if it takes killing another 50,000 of your teenage children to protect their estates and trust funds, hey, it's worth it.
All across the U.S. patriotic Americans are being appointed to manage local draft boards by Duuhbya & Rummy who "...have no plans for a Draft." Yet Martha Stewart they send to prison for lying.
So, please pass this info along and tell people to get ready for:
1. inflation,
2. another war (Iran has a pact with China....Armageddon?), and
3. the unconstitutional and unconscionable Draft that wants to kill your children for profit.
The government says to the people, "Just say NO to drugs." When will the people finally learn that they are less free than 40 other countries and 'Just say NO to government'?

Well, the other boot has finally dropped, and embedded in the rears of America's working families. We saw it coming; the first thud was a pro-big-money overhaul of bankruptcy procedures that forces single mothers and workers unemployed by federal free-trade sellouts to pay off their debts, even if they can't buy groceries for their children. Debtors are forced to pay for indoctrination classes, even if they are disabled or lost their jobs, where they are given a restructuring plan to pay back debts after being 'allowed' a small amount for monthly living.
In factoring what your cost of monthly living is, you now cannot subtract what you spend on food, transportation and clothing, but must use limits that the IRS imposes, allowing them to rule what you 'truly' need to live on with the same generosity they show elsewhere in their tax forms. "Too bad," says the Fed, eager to suck up to the financial giants that give Congress-critters massive campaign contributions and cushy retirement jobs.
The second boot-thud is from the "federal regulators" issuing "guidelines" that credit card issuers are pretending are mandatory statutes forcing them to ignore all previous contracts and starting January 1, 2006, to charge double the minimum monthly payments for all credit card balances. Want to know who these regulators are? They're said to be the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and Office of Thrift Supervision. Try finding the list of governing board members on any of these sites. Although they're paid with our taxes, they're as elusive as Mafia dons. Their new 'guideline,' which will often double minimum credit card payments, will drastically affect many household budgets. And they don't care.
It doesn't matter that the Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional, never authorized by our Founding Fathers. It doesn't matter that the FDIC is illicit, nor has anyone heard of the manufactured "Currency" and "Thrift Supervision" bureaucracies. They apparently exist only to bolster financial mega-institutions and be a beard for Congress. Like Governor Jeb Bush of Florida, Congress pretends it has no control and also whines, "Our hands are tied, our hands are TIED!!" All that matters is that credit card companies are tripping over themselves to obey this new and unconstitutional 'guideline' that is pseudo-law.
You can bet the ranch that banks are now raising their second mortgage percentage rates for desperate families seeking to recover cash flow to buy such luxuries as food, utilities and gasoline.
Most credit card companies have been sending to consumers replacement credit cards with new terms hidden in the unreadable fine print, saying that they can charge whatever they want and raise the minimum payment to whatever they want. After all, they own all the politicians, regulators and judges. If you're one-day late paying them, your currently low interest rate can immediately jump to as high as 29 percent. Statistically a majority of people forced to suddenly pay hundreds more per month will fall into making at least one late payment, then be hit with a huge rate increase as well as fat late-payment penalty fees per incident.
It doesn't matter that you had a contract with the credit card companies to only pay a certain percentage, the Fed says you need to double your payments, "for your own good." How many times have we heard that filthy lie, "It's for your own good," as politicians and their owners overstuff their pockets and fat stomachs at your expense? NAFTA, GATT/GANN, and all the free trade legislation was 'for our own good,' and now after bleeding literally MILLIONS of jobs from this country, the Fed is performing the coup de gras, the final cut to the jugular of the already weakened, castrated bullock that is America.
Gasoline prices, home heating supply prices and now credit card prices have all been weaponized by doubling them, intentionally crippling American families so that they protest less the infamy and tyranny so glibly issuing from the federal government. Weakened people living from hand to mouth, barely existing from payday to payday, won't have the energy to fight far worse terrorists than fundamentalists with guns. It's not an accident that the Fed can now access all your financial, medical and employment records without probable cause nor warrant. Americans who said nothing against the PATRIOT Act, allowing the Fed to abuse the rights of imaginary terrorists have themselves become terrorist suspects and now have almost no rights themselves. What goes around, comes around. And boy, has this ten-ton omelette settled on our faces.
The rich and privileged in our government and big banks don't have a clue how most working American families exist. Sure, the minimum credit card payments prior to 1/1/06 are slower to pay off the principal, but taking an extra $200 a month from families will force many to choose between food and warmth or further debt. Those families who are out of money and out of true representation in federal government will see monstrous late fees and credit card interest rates soar to as high as 29%. It becomes clear that the Federal Office of Thrift Supervision and the other federal tines on this antichrist's pitchfork are not trying to clear consumer debt, they know full well that these outrageous 'guidelines' will definitely INCREASE it. They know that this will cause the tens of thousands of newly impoverished families to crawl to the same government parasites, begging them for relief.
Not only does the new bankruptcy laws force poor people to pay their credit card debt at their higher rates and all late fees, it especially makes it easier for landlords to evict bankrupt tenants who are behind on their rent. The courts now permit you to be evicted more quickly and easily, giving you less chance to recover after a few months. Where are you going to live next without a deposit, without a reference and without a snowball's chance? You saw what happened to the Hurricane Katrina evacuees. Now look in the mirror and see the next victim.
We Irish Americans have heard all this before, from our grandparents who were or knew victims of the Black and Tans that brutally evicted without mercy young families, allowing the men, women and little children to die of exposure. For the love of money is indeed the root of all evil.
Bankruptcies are up 50% more than in 2004. With the doubling of credit card minimum payments based on a guideline, not law, we can expect them to triple. Some observers are saying that the banking institutions who own the Fed intentionally forced up natural gas and gasoline prices and then administered their planned death blow of doubling credit card payments. It seems that they want to confiscate homes across America, especially those with low-interest mortgage rates that are limiting their profit potential. After repossessing homes of thousands of families, they could be marketed with much higher interest rates.
Those wage-garnished and/or evicted citizens that think that they can appeal to a judge in court will find the same pro-government judicial advocacy that lives in the hearts of the traitors on the U.S. Supreme Court. The majority of the justices ruled in Kelo v. City of New London that government can take any property it wants if there is a profit potential to government in yet more taxes. And their owners, the big financial institutions, can evict and confiscate homes from hapless families that could not pay double for their new 'guideline' that is being enacted as if it were law.
What can anyone do if they find themselves backed into a corner, finding themselves decimated by this illicit guideline? Some are saying to not play their game, as in not paying for indoctrination courses, or even filing for bankruptcy, since the deck is so stacked against it. After all, you're screwed for seven years anyway.
What would happen if five million people suddenly stopped paying on their credit cards at all? After all, the card companies broke their original contract, not so? And where in the Constitution is such actions by the Fed or by the banks authorized? Because if it isn't specifically authorized in the Constitution, such powers remain with the spineless States.
Americans have lost all respect for our federal government, for our courts, for our laws and especially for our pretend laws. All are unconstitutional, not that you will ever find a judge that will agree.
Credit card agencies that intentionally issue large-limit accounts to consumers that they damn-well know cannot pay are now trying to steal even the crumbs of the cake. Like government, they are socialists who always live at the expense of others and will one day face Judgment by Almighty God.
In the meantime, we will be canvassing each Congressional and Senatorial representative to see if they will put a stop to this outrage. If not, we will put a stop to their cushy careers and have a 'guideline' written that they cannot accept further money or retirement jobs from any agency that contributed to their campaigns. For starters.
Keep kicking any dog and he will eventually bite your leg. That's a lesson that the Users in our society have forgotten.
I hear many families plan to"Just say NO!" to usurious megacorporations that have sucked them dry. If they can't handle the double payments and the whopping interest rate penalty increases, they will just let the credit card companies pay $400-an-hour lawyers for five million court appearances trying to collect the uncollectible. Meanwhile the government will pay greater amounts for court resources, all for a 'guideline' that benefits a few of the rich by exploiting all of the poor.

The People's Daily Chinese news site is reporting that on August 8, 2003, a secret Pentagon meeting was held outside Omaha, Nebraska, to develop "smaller, more effective special nuclear weapons." The Chinese are alarmed that this would "...exert great impact on the CTBT (Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty), for the treaty aims to restrict the development and testing of new-type nuclear weapons conducted by related countries."
Think of all the money the US spends on weapons delivery platforms, from SSBN submarines with Trident C4 & D5 MIRV missiles, to stealth B2 bombers and other cruise missile launchers that must go within 1,000 nautical miles or so of the target. Billions and billions of dollars.
Now think how the British learned from the Colonists who hid behind trees and won the war of rebellion against their 'superior' combat forces. Today, British troops fight just like Americans, because there are no rules. "The only way is no way," said Bruce Lee, who is still centuries ahead of his time.
We might consider that the US, like Britain, has learned from terrorists. In the modern lesson, Muslim fanatics are widely rumored to be sneaking suitcase nukes into America to detonate inside cities and military targets. Searching for such devices is a logistical nightmare.
We can speculate that is not a great leap of Pentagon imagination to plant a higher-yield suitcase nuke anywhere in a foreign city hostile or potentially hostile to US interests, then perhaps even years later send the 'launch codes' directly to it, wiping out that city. No muss, no fuss. No billion-dollar middleman SSBN or B2. No fifteen-minute warning. And think of all the money that could be saved.
It's no wonder that China is alarmed. To their way of thinking, the US already has the means and the motive. All it needs is the opportunity.
Looking down the road, we can imagine every major city on earth with scores of suitcase thunder-eggs nesting in its dusty basements, all from different governments with different agendas but with the exact same solution for political problems: death to dissent.
When is this madness going to end? Probably never. Even if we all destroy ourselves by hatching thousands of eggs, the few survivors will only raise up to do it all over again.
Luke 18 says that "...when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" But I am now forced to think further of a new world using hidden shortcut nuclear weapons, that if and when Jesus bothers to come again, will he find any humans at all.

At around 9:15 this morning, a multitude of witnesses heard an explosion overhead, looked up and saw debris falling from the sky. The debris was scattered over a wide area, including into Jamaica Bay, between JFK Airport and the long bony protrusion of the Far Rockaway Peninsula where part of the debris destroyed at least four buildings.
It is believed by many that a shoulder-launched stinger missile (from Afghanistan) was fired from a small boat beneath the path of Flight 800. Could today's downing of Flight 587 have been from the same cause? After all, there are a lot of small craft on Jamaica Bay and no one can track all of them.
What makes it suspicious is that the NTSB spokeswoman in D.C. is already calling today's crash "...an accident." And Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has done his fair share, declaring that more people did NOT hear an explosion than did, implying that it was merely a 'catastrophic engine failure.' Yeah, sure, like when our cars blow up into pieces when their engines fail.
The instant spin-control is unbelievable. When a man called in saying "I saw the WHOLE thing," there were sudden "technical difficulties" and we were not allowed to hear what he had to say.
An NBC in-the-street interview yielded a pilot who flies the exact same A300 aircraft. He started to say :...the engines in this aircraft have in-built safeguards that...," but they shut him off. Again it was due to "technical difficulties."
My 12 year old commented that it was "..definitely an accident; the part of the aircraft where the wing meets the plane accidentally rubbed against a missile warhead, causing a spark that made the plane's fuel tank explode." Out of the mouths of babes...
But just wait and you will hear the mantra of the lapdog media: "...accident, accident, accident...."
Scripture says that the love of money is the root of all evil. And this applies splendidly in this case: all of Congress who runs and hides from a few spores tells us to go to work and use public transportation. Congress is not obeying common sense or furthering patriotism. It is obeying the PAC money from the airlines, supranational corporations and their investors who don't want to lose millions of dollars a day when citizens balk from flying Air Tango Roulette, which is what every airline has become.
It was "consumer confidence" (translation: money) that caused them to minimize the Flight 800 tragedy. Flight 800 was clearly shot down not far from today's Flight 587, but the truth was spun horrendously toward the ludicrous fuel tank theory. That is, ludicrous to the designers, pilots and mechanics of that aircraft, but what do they know? And why did the SAIC in charge of the Flight 800 investigation quit the FBI in disgust if the government told the truth about Flight 800?
So, all of you remember to buy, buy, buy more airline tickets, because the New World Order needs your money to fund telling you even more lies while taking away even more of your rights, all in the name of protecting you, of course.
It is ironic that the same media that never noticed the treasons of Willy Clintoon and Al Bore that now is supposed to be trusted to find the truth behind the disintegration of Flight 587. Fat chance.
I don't know about you, but I'm not holding my breath. I already know the outcome of this new 'investigation.' And I'm sure not flying anywhere for a long time.

We have all heard on TV news and interview shows oblique references to a "call up," a military draft, should we remain mired in the Middle East, because there are not enough people in the U. S. military to sustain our foreign policies there and globally.
Columnists like Walter Williams say that one has a "duty" to defend his country. I agree that one should defend his own country, but does this mean that we can force that person to defend other countries? Can we override the USC (U. S. Constitution) and cancel human rights to "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness," to achieve what we think is a greater good, as do Marxists?
My question is, "How can we ignore the 13th Amendment?"
To enslave even more young black people because it's their 'duty' to serve, as long as other races are also being enslaved, rings hollow. There are actually only two 'races,' the rich and the poor. It is always the wealthy elite telling the poor what rights they will allow them and how 'patriotic' the poor must be.
Many say that the draft—excuse me—"call-up," is a question of money. Like Rome, it is easier for the power elite to enslave workers to do their scut work than to pay them a livable wage. Everyone should be highly allergic to any moves by politicians that ignore the USC, and a "call-up" violates the 13th Amendment big time.
While many will agree that involuntary servitude is the only way to defend our country, no one can successfully argue that the war in Iraq is defending our country, nor that we're defending it by stationing troops in dozens of foreign countries as baby-sitters. The draft is not a workable answer. This is because conventional troop deployments are not going to stop the unconventional Islamic mujihadin.
A future draft flooding more troops into the Middle East is not the answer to the problem. First we must try to understand what motivates the enemy.
You should read what Muslims are saying on the Internet. They say that the fundamentalists among them are fighting because U.S. forces were sent to the Middle East "...to establish a one-world global government." They say that all Middle Eastern countries are to be transformed into clones of America and that this will spread worldwide with more and more countries tipped over in a domino effect, where cultures thousands of years old will be replaced with the 'shallow and ungodly values of America.'
It seems we are indeed bent on installing U.S.-friendly 'democracies' everywhere, which are then denounced by Muslims and even some of our allies as mere puppet regimes.
Many Muslims seriously believe that they are not only fighting the New World Order, but saving their kids from satanism. Who can blame them? They see how girls and boys dress and act in America. They see how we abort millions of inconvenient babies. They honestly believe that our daughters are being taught to be whores and our sons, sexual predators. Our cultural endorsement of homosexuality disgusts Muslims so much that even pacifist Muslims can 'understand' how some of their friends may take extreme action to avoid contamination of their religion and culture by debauched westerners.
How can a draft, increasing military force, solve this problem? It is not the "insurgents" or "terrorists" we must conquer, it is our externally-perceived culture of pleasure and death that we must address. To societies who still place God first in their lives, we are a cancer that could destroy them all.
Third world citizens, even our friends, see the power of American air strikes using precision-guided ordnance and are afraid of us. They smile in our face, yet some of them hold a dagger behind their backs. Even countries we consider to be dear friends privately smirk when we suffer defeat at the hands of rag-tag guerilla fighters. Our answer to this is to throw even more troops into the fray, as if that would change things.
I am old enough to remember the draft for the Viet Nam War. Politicians waved flags and teenagers went to early graves. I lost some friends, kids I had grown up with from kindergarten. Sometimes I hate myself because I survived while they did not. Today I ask, "What did they die for? Is Viet Nam better off today? Is America better off today for their dying?"
Viet Nam is wholly a communist dictatorship today. And my friends died in their teens. For what?
Over 1700 fine young American men and women died in Iraq, so far. For what? For WHAT?!!
I will say what everyone thinks but dare not say: Fundamentalist Muslims are not high enough on the evolutionary scale to warrant a democracy built with American sweat and blood. They clearly cannot handle it. They can only kill everyone who disagrees with their poisonous interpretation of what God wants of mankind. If they stop killing us, they will keep killing each other endlessly. It's their 'religion.'
The answer is not the draft. The answer is not killing thousands more young poor kids on both sides in our global domino game.
The answer is for us to stop bringing a knife to the Muslim gunfight.
In the years before World War I, John 'Black Jack" Pershing was the commanding general of the American forces sent to the Philippines where Muslim terrorists were raping and murdering innocent villagers and decimating Philippine soldiers. One day, a band of Muslim guerillas was captured by American troops. During their trial in a military court, the terrorists disrupted the proceedings by repeatedly shouting, "Allahu Akbar! Jihad! The Philippines are now the property of Islam! Jihad! Jihad!"
Pershing ordered the fanatic terrorists who had murdered so many innocents, executed one by one in the presence of their remaining group.
Muslims cannot even touch pork, believing that they could never enter Muslim paradise with even the smallest amount of contamination. Advised of this, General Pershing ordered his men to butcher a whole herd of pigs. After they skinned and sectioned the hogs, he ordered his troops to roll their bullets in pork fat and pass some through the barrels of their rifles while the condemned watched. Then he ordered them to start shooting the terrorists, one by one.
After each terrorist was executed his body was wrapped in pig entrails. The process was repeated all afternoon. Finally the remaining gore of the dead swine was dumped all over the corpses in the pit before the common grave was filled in. No paradise for them.
Three of the terrorists were spared so that they could return to their Islamic groups to tell of the unholy fate awaiting any future guerillas caught by U. S. forces. No jihadist could possibly go to heaven.
Widely disseminated was the fact that all American bullets and rifle barrels were now coated with disgusting pig fat and would be in the future.
The Islamic Jihad in the Philippines ended at once and did not resume for a hundred years, until true warriors like Blackjack Pershing were eliminated from U. S. Armed Forces because of their political incorrectness.
While I can sympathize with Islam in wanting no western cultural contamination ruining their youth, they have no right to rape and murder to get their way. I have yet to hear one Muslim government or major Islamic group condemn the actions of jihadists who target even tiny children in their holy bloodlust, as they did at the school in Beslan. This is because they secretly approve of such actions against the Infidel. So be it.
Sooner of later, another Blackjack Pershing will arise and fight back with a terrible vengeance that reduces all jihadic fever for bloodshed. But I don't expect the new Pershing to be American because that might violate the holy American religion of 'diversity,' which is pleasing all the people all the time, especially America's enemies.
I would not be surprised if the new Blackjack Pershing is Russian President Vladimir Putin. One more Muslim slaughter of innocent children on confederated Russian soil and Islam will be ended forever, and Muslims would bow every day to a giant smoking hole that will remain radioactively deadly for a thousand years. Just one Russian Backfire bomber at high altitude can launch SUNBURN nuclear cruise missiles jacketed with Nickel 59 at Mecca and Medina.
The only way to stop future mass attacks on the innocent is this: Islamic jihadists worldwide must be put on notice by every major nation that if the Muslims again shout, "Jihad!! Jihad!!" and attack one of our cities, soon afterwards an invisible airman from an anonymous nation will respond with, "Foxtrot One! Foxtrot Two!" over their treasured cities, of Mecca and Medina, because the westerners learned fanatical Muslim tactics only too well.
Blow us up again, and bow to a smoking crater the rest of your lives, your children's lives and even your great-great grandchildren's lives. Guaranteed. So, go ahead and make our day.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone first coats the missiles with pig fat.

Since it's being studiously avoided by the print and television media, there is no effort to expose and strangle the UNIVERSAL NATIONAL SERVICE ACT (HR 163/S 89), which violates the 13th Amendment, in its crib.
The UNSA language mandates that all young people, "including women," between the ages of 18 and 26 "...perform a period of military service or a period of civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland security, and for other purposes."
In the third week of April, 2004, a sponsor of UNSA, Rep. Charles Rangel, D-NY, was seen on every network complaining that the majority of U.S. combat deaths in Iraq were among minorities because a disproportionate number of minority youths join the military service. His answer to this is to enslave all the races equally.(!) Today he is still at it, and is a race traitor to both his black ancestors and black contemporaries, in my opinion.
To continue the American Domino Effect of inserting puppet governments controlled by US-based banking and trade interests, Rangel, who we see as a slave descendant, is attempting to create yet more black slaves, with the excuse that their slavery is not slavery if captives from other races are thrown onto the federal plantation with them.
The UNSA enslaves all young people of both sexes into national service for a minimum of two years. Imminently planned is combat and supply troop enhancement. But there are other positions that will be filled at every federal building and depot around the world, beginning with Homeland Security. No longer would GS Ratings apply. The young suckers would be paid minimum boot-camp wages to do high-tech tasks, freeing up the federal budget for more armaments, more power over us and for global dominance economically and militarily.
The Romans didn't pay when they could instead enslave their work force. With UNSA, history repeats itself.
Once UNSA is enacted, the family unit will be intentionally destroyed. This is the next planned step in dumbing down US citizens, first through publik skool diversity brainwashing, then through the UNSA's further removal of identity and rights.
In the years normally devoted to marriage and family, young adults removed a distance from home by the UNSA become de-stabilized, cannot plant roots and perhaps forbidden to marry at all. There will be no such thing as a "home town." The young will continue to be brainwashed to serve diversity on a global scale.
My Irish ancestors were destroyed by the leaving of the "Wild Geese," their children who emigrated to the USA and other countries for economic reasons. With her progeny gone, Ireland has sunk into a third-rate socialist state that tourists now avoid because of her bleak poverty and street crime.
Under the UNSA, American children will become Wild Geese at government gunpoint.
Know that the government can and will extend this slavery for many years to come, as it does now with our troops overseas for the "good of the nation." Many people seem to believe that this will all come "later," and is not a problem now. Yet consider that we may be in the position of a man whose cancer has metastasized throughout his viscera while he argues that prostate screening is unnecessary. Many pre-WWII Europeans and Westerners also doubted that the 'modern' German government could or would ever harm itself economically and socially in world opinion by exterminating Jews.
My uncle was an adjutant to General Patton and can be seen in archival footage at the Nuremberg Trials. It was he who gave me a lifetime of information about the attitudes and machinations of both Nazi hierarchy and the German and world financial community. Their attitudes were 'obviously' wrong----but the German people fervently believed the Nazi ideology because it was presented to them by trusted politicians in league with those with the geld, the financial control.
UNSA is not about money. The globalist elite have already all the oil and banks along with the Federal Reserve to print all the money they could ever use. This is about global socialism. Convert America to socialism and every country must follow or die, as did Afghanistan and Iraq.The writing is not only on the wall, but the Hand is poised to flatten the observer.
So be it.
One day, those that refuse enslavement will not be able to run to Canada. Those that object to their collars will be sent to janitorial jobs for almost no pay. Refusing that will result in re-education camps. We can envision those that resist all these measures will become fugitives and "Enemies of the State" subject to imprisonment under the PATRIOT Act.
There will come a time when apathetic Americans will, indeed, turn and fight---only because it is better to die than to live on their knees scratching for survival since all the young people in their families were removed. And the greatest pain Americans will suffer is the memory of their foolishness, that they refused to even TRY to fight when they had the chance for easy victory at a cost that was not, at that time, too dear. That time is now.
Until then, may the global socialist yoke of UNSA settle gently about the shoulders of our children.

Once again the power elite are instituting actual slavery, but this time not just over people of color but also over every young American aged 18 to 26, regardless of race or sex.
Don't like your daughter dying for oil money? That's okay, because she can still be forced against her will to serve for low pay as, well, ............anything that strikes the fancy of the Congressional representatives in committee that week.
Now we know why not one military funeral of a U.S. soldier from Iraq has been shown in the TV media, except that of a female. It forces us to think of women in combat roles. It also portends the government's plan for many more dead daughters to come. So as you change the diapers on your adorable baby girl, think of what a great killing machine your government will make of her, one day. Or a statistic on a Pentagon casualty report. Think of why the government publik skool system is so heavy on teaching obedience to state authority and micromanaging students' personal lives. Same government.
Remember the name of Rep. Charles Rangel, D-NY. He's one of the NWO statists who sponsored this new slavery, this New Draft, titled the UNIVERSAL NATIONAL SERVICE ACT under HR 163 which calls for a MINIMUM slavery period of 2 years to the state, preferably in combat roles as moving targets in third-world countries. This is necessary to insert puppet governments friendly to US oil and trade interests. Almost no one sees the irony of a slave descendant conscripting slaves to make more slave states worldwide.
Conscientious objectors will have no out, this time around. Instead they will be assigned elsewhere as slaves to any location for a lot longer than 2 years, in reprisal for their refusal to support the killing of other poor kids. Remember, the National Service terms are for a "minimum" of 2 years. No maximum is mentioned.
Even if they change the Act's wording to say a "maximum of 2 years...," to placate outraged constituents, once the Act is passed they can change the period of involuntary servitude to even 20 years, if they only vote to do so.
All Americans need do is their usual nothing, for this evil to triumph. All they need do is ignore past government promises that our Social Security Numbers would never be used for personal identification and tracking, to accept the government lies they will now hear about the UNSA.
In the U.S. Senate, the UNIVERSAL NATIONAL SERVICE ACT is S 89. Remember also the name of U.S. Senator Fritz Hollings.
If you're wondering why the UNSA is being forced on us, remember that we have troops stationed in over a hundred different countries, supporting the installation of local agents who will bring about more profits to U.S. megacorporations, the "military-industrial complex" that President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us about. All this is being done in the name of a democracy that doesn't even exist in the USA. Yet think of what Patrick Henry said: "Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation?"
The rate of U.S. servicemen re-enlisting is at an all-time low. Those on leave from severe duty such as in Iraq are refusing to return, facing courts martial as a better alternative. So far the media is spiking any stories about our soldiers walking away in disgust because of being ordered to perform human rights atrocities, such as kidnapping the women and children of "terrorist" Muslim soldiers to force them to turn themselves in. Those U.S. soldiers wise enough to have kept evidence are given a quiet discharge with full benefits as long as they keep quiet.
Because they receive such dramatically poor treatment when wounded and their children suffering poverty because of an ungrateful government, U.S. military forces are rapidly shrinking. The cure for this by the Charlie Rangels and Fritz Hollings of the world is slavery, never equity. Instead of providing better dependent care, pay and benefits, especially to those servicemen and women who wind up in wheelchairs, these traitors to their oath of office have chosen instead to keep the dollars for their favorite porkbarrels. It's a lot cheaper and easier to institute the enslavement of our children and only pay an ad agency to sway Americans with false patriotism in measured soundbytes on the nightly news shows.
Our nation is on the brink of becoming a totalitarian state no different than any communist country, in making the state god over the lives of its citizens by enslaving them to any task that increases its central power. To do that, it must instill fear in its populace.

Have you ever noticed the CONDITION ORANGE alert in a lower corner on your TV screen that's displayed almost continuously?
Those who care for the rights of poor black people, remember the names of Representatives Rangel, Ambercrombie, Conyers, Lewis (of Georgia), McDermott, Stark and Senator Hollings and each and every statist who is sponsoring the UNSA. Never vote for them again. If you can impeach them, so much the better. They serve not the people, but themselves. No matter what they say, they are bringing DEATH to our poor children, no matter how sweet their words in so doing.
Ask yourself when rejecting the concept of the UNSA, "In service of whom?" Ask yourself what benefits humanity has reaped from every dead teenager who died in Viet Nam, in Afghanistan and in Iraq? Is your peace and safety any sweeter?
Slavery is SLAVERY, no matter how the statists and their sycophant media campaign to have us accept the yoke. It is slavery of black people AGAIN, pure and simple. That its misery is spread to other races as well does not remove the collars from our black children.
An unnamed Nation Of Islam spokesman has said that Charlie Rangel must be denounced and impeached for the race-traitor that he is, a black man voting FOR the slavery of his own people.
Rise UP. Call your congressional representatives and senators. DAILY. Or pay for your apathy not only with the freedoms of your children, but perhaps with their blood.
