What do you call people who worry about what the other guy believes, what he privately does and how he raises his family? Politicians and politician wannabees. It is this odd class of humanity that feels impelled to pontificate how others must live, worship, believe and conform, yet exempt themselves from the review of those very same others. The media, the Fourth Estate which many call "the last empty lot on the left," had once kept the politicians in check. Today the media is so hopelessly compromised politically and economically that western civilization is subjected to spin control instead of the truth.
One truth you will not hear in the media is this statement: ANYONE WHO WILLINGLY RUNS FOR PUBLIC OFFICE IS MENTALLY ILL. Think about it. Do you consider such behavior normal? If so, do those who achieve public office behave normally? Or do they behave differently? We must consider that aspiring for elected office is a mental disease similar to Delusions of Grandeur. The office seeker not only thinks he or she is wiser and grander than the teeming masses he/she wants to "serve," but cares more than us average citizens. Being so much wiser, only they can tell us freedom-challenged plebeians how we must eat, believe, work, play, travel and even exist. Make no mistake – anyone who willingly runs for public office is your enemy, not your friend. We are lusterless saps when we fall under their evil influence by joining them in political groups that have labels, such as Democrat, Socialist, Republican, Green Peace, Libertarian, et al. All such labels are meant to identify targets. And anyone who allows themself to be so identified is asking to have his or her freedom, if not their life, ended by another label group that gains power over them in the future. Think outside the ballot box. Think, "No party is the only party." Think of the Founding Fathers who hated the concept of interrupting their busy lives to govern and to legislate. This is why Congressional terms were limited to two years, because the Founders hated to be stuck serving their beloved country even though it was necessary "...to provide for the common defense." What has replaced those great men and attitudes has ascended from the very pits of Hell: tyranny by the-STATE-is-the-only-god central government. If you don't believe that our federal leaders think they're God, then call your Congressional Representative and ask how much on an average was deducted over the first 45 or so years from every Congresscritter's paycheck for Social Security. The answer is, "Zero." Congress passes mostly unconstitutional ‘laws’ and sets them on your back, but exempts itself from the vast majority of them, just like the English kings we rebelled against. Only when constituents raise hell do they practice what they preach, which is not often. We never really escaped from under the thumb of disdainful royalty, we just took the crown off one head and placed it over hundreds of other heads in Washington, D.C. It used to be that the government feared us, just as George III learned to fear us. But today it is we who fear government because its kangaroo courts enforce unconstitutional 'laws' with impunity since the media allowed itself to be neutered years ago by the IRS and FCC. First there was asset forfeiture before conviction. When no one complained that evolved further into civil rights forfeiture before conviction. Today there is human rights forfeiture not only before conviction, but before charges are even read, without arraignment, without a trial and without even a phone call to let someone know why you're missing.
Irritate anyone with a federal badge and you can be sent straight to prison without any rights at all, never hearing the charges against you, never knowing who it was who informed on you, and without knowing if you will ever have a day in court before you die naturally or due to inmate assault. Indefinitely. In conquering Saddam's Iraq, we have become Saddam's Iraq. All because our elected officials are mentally ill like Saddam. Those that honor the God of Abraham all realize that God has bound Himself in one thing alone: to never, ever override the free wills of mankind, individually or collectively. People who seek to override the free will of others are placing themselves above God. Those who seek to force you to do anything whatsoever against your conscience and human dignity are making themselves greater than God. To them, your property, your children and even your life are expendable when you challenge their Übermensch supremacy. You have the Natural Right to resist such individuals, even nations, by whatever means that are at your disposal. If you do not do so, and do so today rather than tomorrow, then you will become the very people spoken of by Winston Churchill: "If you will not fight for your rights when you can easily win without bloodshed,
if you will not fight – when your victory will be sure and not too costly, then you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and with only a small chance of survival. There may even be a worse case:
you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." Ask yourself that why it is in the "Land of the Free" that our government has more people in jail per capita than any other nation on earth. We have over five times as many prisoners as communist China, which we view as more tyrannical than the USA.
Many will say that the Chinese are slaves to the state. Yet we are just like Chinese citizens in not comprehending our own slavery.
We Westerners do not see that we no longer can buy or sell property, get a job, travel, or even get married without government permission. All of this was brought to us by elitists who made careers of pretending to serve us while empowering only themselves. Mentally ill elitists.
People used to joke about "lunatics running the asylum." The Marx Brothers were expert at such antics onscreen. But look around you, America, and see that the mentally ill are running this asylum-country.
And no one is laughing, except the new Groucho with the mustache and cigar who smirks as he sees the USA becoming more like him every day, just like his country that surrounds the ignoble and shameful Guantanamo Bay P.O.W. Dogpound. He finds great amusement that the US brought even "unlawful-combatant" kids there in hoods so that America doesn't have to obey the same Geneva Convention that it demands that Castro and all other nations must obey.
When the asylum is overrun by its patients, even teenagers and children are put in cages while the elected lunatics preen before the cameras like Alice Cooper, anxious to welcome all of us to their nightmare. 2003

It's happening yet again.
As I watched both FOX NEWS and CNN between 3–3:15 p. m. EDST on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2005, evacuees from Louisiana were walking down the rear ramp of an American Airlines passenger jet at the Lubbock, Texas airport. Awaiting them are well over a hundred uniformed police officers. Not firemen, emt's or just medical and disaster relief personnel, but what looked like a cop convention on the runway. The federal government caused these poor people this tragedy by earlier this year cutting the New Orleans District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers by a whopping and unprecedented $71 million, diverting funds desperately needed for reinforcing the New Orleans levees, to fund the war in Iraq and to fund the useless FEMA, which is spending over a billion dollars on black projects having nothing to do with disaster relief. The federal government is responsible for all the flood deaths in New Orleans. Yet where's the video news coverage of this by the head-embedded TV media? The evacuees were being forced to drop their bags at the feet of the police officers, then step back, while a black Labrador police dog sniffed their luggage for contraband. Can you imagine that? After losing everything they had and suffering the trauma of the past week, not knowing if they and their families would survive, they are finally airlifted to Lubbock where they are 'welcomed' by dozens of police forcing them to be again searched. While passengers everywhere might have their bags searched for explosives, it is always before boarding the aircraft, not after they step off of it. Chances are great that if these victims were mostly white, an army of cops would not have been sent to the Lubbock airport, but only the mayor, city council people, aid workers and a brass band. After I wrote a recent article saying that things have not changed that much in the South from the perspective of the poor black people who were forced to suffer as long as five hours in line in the New Orleans heat and humidity because illegal searches were being performed on them, I received many e-mails of protest saying that the South is not racist any more. It may not be, but the government sure is. Most said how lucky the "ghetto blacks" were to be saved at all by government and should be grateful to submit to any treatment at the hands of police and guardsmen. Yet, right now, while watching TV coverage at the armed camp at the Lubbock airport, there is little room to deny the racism of searching the hurricane victims who are almost all black. There can be no other explanation for searching people getting off of a plane. Unbelievably, many of the e-mails actually defended the nefarious actions of the government, justifying it because of the bad behavior of the looters. What about the looting by gas stations charging $3 a gallon more than the week before? Most of them were selling gas that they paid for at old prices. You won't see any black faces on the corporate boards of the giant oil companies who are looting you personally every time you try to fill up your tank. Why about the looting of funds, supplies and guardsmen? What are the guardsmen of Louisiana and Mississippi doing in Iraq instead of helping the victims inside their own states? The poorest classes that supplied their sons and daughters to 'defend freedom' in Iraq are the same who couldn't even get an unused school bus to carry them to safety. Now most the school buses are under water while the media keeps re-showing footage of people looting food, water, or goods to barter for food and water, which deflects the public's focus on the government. Apparently it worked with a lot of us. Who looted the FEMA trucks? The satellite-dish news vans made it to NOLA and Biloxi within 24 hours of the storm, yet FEMA never showed for five days. They claimed it was because "water was covering the roads...," but news vans made it in almost immediately. Homeland Security and FEMA have billion-dollar operating budgets paid for by the American taxpayer and provide zilch in return. If that isn't looting the store owners in New Orleans big time, I don't know what is. How about the looting of Social Security by Congress for years and years of money never meant for anything but people's retirement, and now, if you're under 55 years old, you won't receive back because of politicians' looting? How many thousands have you been forced to contribute in automatic paycheck deductions that you'll never see in your old age because of government looting? Remember my words when you're lying neglected in a public rest-home ward some day because you have no Social Security, and all as a result of the fact that you were looted by government all your life. Maybe you'll recall that people could only focus on a few desperate poor people in New Orleans emulating government. Who did those store-looters think they were back then, Senators!? The looters left the Superdome because there was almost no food and water available. Since no one would give them information on when they would get out of there or get food, out of desperation they were forced to strike out on their own. It was worse than a Soviet gulag as far as those in the shelter were concerned. This hasn't been reported, just spin control about rapes and violence by the ungrateful victims of the flood, the flood that was caused by a federal government more interested in Iraqi oil and its self-preservation FEMA police agency, than the lives of American citizens in jeopardy. Forever in my mind will be a revulsion for the City of Lubbock, Texas. In my considered opinion this local government is still racist. What they did is inexcusable. The mayor and every city council representative should be fired along with their chief of police. What they did at the Lubbock airfield on Sunday, September 4, 2005 will go down as a day in infamy and is a permanent stain on the image of a southern town that pats itself on the back for its enlightenment. So the South no longer contains prejudice? All we have to do is look to the government, not the people, of Lubbock, Texas. If they are not removed from office, then they truly do only represent white Southerners of means, as many claim. 2005

Watching news coverage of the refugees trying to enter the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans for safety from the approaching force-five Hurricane Katrina, I was incredulous how the people attempting to enter the stadium were being treated by the National Guard troops and local police. The people were made to stand for hours outside in the awful Louisiana climate while they were admitted one or two adults at a time so they could be searched "for firearms and alcohol."
The frail elderly, many grasping walkers and others in wheelchairs seemed to be near collapse. They, along with hundreds of small children needing water and rest-room relief, were forced to wait as long as four hours to get to safety. It was often repeated during the video reports that the last time the Superdome was used as a hurricane shelter, a few of the temporary occupants removed some furniture. But this time, they had a large security force on hand, so that was NOT going to happen again, no-siree-bob.
During coverage by Geraldo Rivera Sunday night, FOX NEWS' video cameras zoomed inside the foyer deck of the Superdome and viewers could see a national guard person going through a powder compact from of a woman's purse that was way too small to hold a liquor bottle or a gun. It was obvious that they were looking for drugs in warrantless searches. They instructed all the refugees far back in the seemingly endless lines to have their prescription-pill bottles out when approaching the security checkpoint and also a photo ID to prove that they belonged with the prescription.
There were THOUSANDS of poor, mostly black citizens of the lower Louisiana area, many of them little children and sickly elderly, being forced to stand for hours while the government violated their civil rights with forced searches that were patently unconstitutional, unjust and unreasonable under the dire circumstances. "Don't want to be searched? That's okay...now turn around, go outside and die!" Big choice.
Can you imagine New Orleans' wealthy elite meekly submitting to such microscopic searches of their persons and property for drugs? Heads would roll. But poor people who had no money to escape the deadly storm's onslaught had no choice. They had nowhere else to go to save their children's and parents' lives. They were humiliated just for trying to survive. Their grandfathers and grandmothers suffered as slaves on Southern plantations decades ago, while today, they suffer as slaves to the state, the state that cancels their human rights and dignity in the name of "protecting" them.
Did you see that, America? Nothing has changed in the South. Poor people of are still being herded and treated as criminals because of the color of their skin. The Sheriff and Louisiana National Guard knows the profile of likely drug users: black people and anyone associating with them; they were searched just as if they were entering a state penitentiary visiting a death-row prisoner. Maybe the refugees would have fared better if they had had season tickets in their hands.
Think about it. They can allow in 30,000 screaming fans with fifty-dollar bills and costly NFL tickets in their hands in a few minutes, but poor black people fleeing for their lives, four hours. Four HOURS!
None of the news people I saw on the major cable and broadcast networks noticed this outrage. Apparently, they are still "embedded" with the government and couldn't possibly risk dislodging their heads long enough to report the truth right before their eyes.
We let morons take away our rights to person and property at the airports, all for the false "protection" they promised us and can't possibly deliver, so now we see them doing it to helpless citizens even when the citizens' lives are in danger. "First, we gotta check you for weapons and drugs...pull your dress up, lift up your arms...." – let those old people collapse and those kids soil themselves – "This is FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY."
God forbid that anyone have a hip flask to calm their nerves during a traumatic life-and-death experience. Someone else might actually toke up or take a non-prescription pill! And a few might take their right to keep and bear arms seriously, when everyone knows that only government employees deserve self-protection, not their citizen "bosses." The constitution doesn't apply when the government thinks it can make you safer by judging you, disarming you, and denuding you of your rights.
Who gave the order to make all these exhausted, miserable poor people wait for hours while they were searched so illicitly? Under what actual law did they search these refugees for anything whatsoever on their person? Do they search football game fans this thoroughly and for this long? Suuuuuure they do....
Could all this form a mass tort against the State of Louisiana? Maybe. Some of the Superdome refugees must be hopping mad.
Let's face it. If you're poor in America, you're a "suspect," maybe. If you're poor and black in America, you're a "criminal," definitely. Even if your life is in peril, no excuses. Your rights don't count as long as any badge or weekend warrior in BDU's says they don't.
This is the real story of the Louisiana Superdome. Hurricane Katrina can certainly destroy the environs of the Louisiana and her neighboring states, but that can all be rebuilt. What will never be rebuilt is the dignity of the poorest citizens of that region, since the government acted with a greater destructive force than a hurricane. The lamp of freedom has been blown out by force-five bureaucrats, their sycophants and their head-embedded media enablers who will insure that it will never get re-ignited. For our own good, of course.
Heads should roll in Louisiana, for all those whose civil rights were violated on Sunday, August 28, 2005, outside the Louisiana Superdome of Shame.

This was recently asked in a poll by World Net Daily. Lindh is a California Muslim convert who ran away from home as a teenager to fight alongside Taliban forces in the Middle East. You can bet that his parents wish he chose to wear orange robes while praising Krishna in American airports, instead.
So, what did the fair-minded and democratic American public decide to do with this young man? Over 67% said, 'Execute him for treason!' As of this writing, less than 11% said to 'Give him a fair trial.' The more things change, the more they stay the same. Those who strongly support their civil rights are the greatest hypocrites when it comes to civil rights benefitting others. The United States had once stood for the rights of all people, for all races and creeds. But now the nation spends most of its time sitting on growing posteriors, believing what they are told to believe by the sycophant TV media, which is that rights, and truth itself, are subjective. Want to try this Lidh kid for treason? Okay, America, go ahead. But first, how about putting Bill Clinton and Al Gore on trial for their treason in their giving away the store to Communist China, including missile technology. Thanks to them, now China's nuclear missiles have been upgraded to state-of-the-art, so that they can fly farther and actually hit their targets. Because of this, they are now pointed at US! This was all too easy for the Chinese thugs; all it took was donating to the campaign chests of the leaders in the Whitewashedhouse. How about putting our great Congress and all their constitutionally-illicit alphabet soup agencies on trial? After all, it was they who allowed this all to happen through their inhumane foreign policies that murdered over half a million Muslim children and disarmed all the airline victims that died defenseless in the World Trade Center crash-bombings. The pilots and passengers of 9-11 had their civil right to self defense erased, as were their lives, but you don't want to try their killers because you elected them.
Our great, elected leaders. How about their treason, America? Going to hang them high? Or are you going to let the talking heads on TV think for you, as usual? How about you 67 percent? You stood idly while allowing the holy Name of God to be stricken from the legislatures, courts and schools. And when our kids turn out to have no sense of soul, you sanctimonious bastards want to execute them. Yes, I called you all 'bastards' because you certainly are not the sons and daughters of those true patriots who founded this nation. And you are certainly not the sons and daughters of freedom.
Why do you think that patriotism is supporting your government instead of the democratic principle? That principle is, because of you, disappearing in a whiff of acrid smoke, melted away by hydrochloric government.
Now you proudly warble GOD BLESS AMERICA while raining death on more hapless children, victims of the government that does your bidding. For a price. Let me be the first to tell you what the price has been to you: your souls. Have you forgotten that the Just God judges you not just on your sins, but on your omissions? Look at the above news article and see your future. No longer does it take hard evidence to send you to prison, just someone else’s word of what they ‘heard’ you say, even decades ago when you were stoned. I couldn't tell you if Mr. Skakel is innocent or guilty, but going to prison on a murder charge based on recollected conversations decades ago seems to be a perversion of justice. Some say that the people who heard Skakel's so-called admission of guilt were themselves undergoing drug treatment and could have worked out a deal to avoid their own prison sentences. Others mention that those witnesses could have been mentally impaired themselves at the time, and now falsely, yet honestly believe they heard him incriminate himself so many years ago. One of them died from a drug overdose, yet his statement of what he thought he heard Skakel say over twenty years ago was admitted anyway. What was in the jury’s collective mind was that the most likely suspect was Michael Skakel, so he must be guilty and we’ll vote GUILTY. This is how people think today, after decades of mindless TV fodder. Public schools teach them to go with their feelings, ‘if it fees good, do it.’ Almost no one believes in hard evidence. They believe what they want to believe, based on popular opinion. And the popular opinion is always with the prosecution that knows character assassination works better than evidence: O.J. Simpson once beat his wife, so he must have killed her. I am not exaggerating. In Ohio over fifty percent of the men on death row were released after a private group checked the inmates’ DNA against evidence left by the perpetrator. Over fifty percent were not guilty. Are not juries more careful in death penalty cases? One would think so, but if in only one State over half of death row inmates were innocent, it indicates that there is little justice in our judicial system. In fact, it is corrupted by ceding so much power to judges and prosecutors, one may no longer expect a fair trial. Can you imagine that if over half the inmates on Death Row in only one State were innocent, how many other prisoners are innocent? Those whose crimes did not involve sex have no way of being scientifically proven innocent. Could it be that more than half of convicts in prison for reasons other than sex crimes are innocent? We have no way of knowing, as most, like Skakel, were put away by words of witnesses, not by hard evidence. What is wrong with the system is the abuse of judicial power that lends great credence to people's memories and allows juries no leeway in interpreting memory vs. evidence, nor to interpret the application of the law, itself. Abortionist Dr. David Gunn was shot in Florida allegedly by Michael Griffin. Griffin, who truly believed he was saving the lives of children about to die, was not allowed to present this defense by the judge. If a citizen is on trial for his very life, he should be allowed to say whatever he wishes in his own defense. That he is often forbidden his First Amendment rights in court is never examined seriously by the state nor the media. Yet this is how civilizations fail, when only government agents may decide what's 'fair.' ‘FAIR’ TRIAL Anyone who shoots a perpetrator about to plunge a knife into a two year old on the street would be given a hero’s medal. But anyone who stops such an act because the child is pre-born is a dastardly murderer, according to the state. Mr. Griffin truly believed he was saving the lives of children.
One could argue for or against this defense argument in the case of Michael Griffin, but it should be argued by jury of his peers, not stopped by the judge before it even gets to his jury. Throughout the U.S. judicial system, judges are telling defendants what they 'can' and 'cannot' say in their own defense. This is hardly surprising in a nation that has suspended the civil right of self-dense under the Second Amendment. Is it any wonder over half the 'rapist-murderers' on Death Row in just one State were actually innocent?
JURY OF PEERS One is supposed to be judged by a jury of one’s "peers." Yet, both the prosecutor and the defense get to tamper with jury members by asking them all kinds of questions about their prejudices and other intensely personal matters, in a process called "voir dire," which is French for "jury stacking." The fact that many people will lie to get off--or on--a jury doesn’t slow the system down a bit. Peers? Not unless the state says they are. It used to be that the first 12 people that showed up were your jury, but today only those who are politically correct survive the state-enforced filtration to insure a better chance that you go to prison.
JURY TAMPERING Jurors in criminal trials have the power to vote NOT GUILTY if enforcing the law would violate their conscience because juries cannot be punished for any verdict and jury acquittals cannot be overturned. An accused party's rights to trial by jury, where government is an opposing party, includes the right to inform the jurors of their power to judge the law as well as the evidence and to vote on the verdict according to conscience. Yet since around 1900 both British and American judges no longer do this. Juries are often led to believe that if it can be proven that the defendant broke the law, the defendant must be convicted even if they feel the law is wrong in this case. Thus, they convict in ignorance.
Here is what juries who judged the law instead of the defendant and voted acquittals according to their consciences gave to us:
Noah Webster, whose purpose in publishing a dictionary was to preserve the meaning of the language used in the Constitution, in his first Dictionary of the English Language (1828), included the following in his definition of "jury":

Over eighty years ago, an American citizen could walk into any pharmacy and buy any drug desired without a doctor's prescription or government control. There were addicts then, to be sure, but nowhere in proportion to the percentage today. Back then drug addicts were looked on as foolish, but otherwise ignored. Even the fictional private cop, Sherlock Holmes, was portrayed as a legal addict who could still function well in his profession. Since drugs were sold for their actual value (quite inexpensive) addicts rarely committed thefts and robberies to obtain purchase money.
Today, huge police, government and medical bureaucracies have pushed through thousands of anti-drug laws, yet the situation worsens daily. Because of the high price of illicit street drugs, addicts are forced to steal the necessary money. Crime is so out of control that no one feels safe on the streets of our cities or even in their own homes. This was all caused by government. Yet it is they who wage the 'War on Drugs' by usurping more and more of our civil rights while expanding its own.
DRUG CRIMES It's not the Columbian cartels who are to blame, but the incessant appetites of U.S. citizens. Legalizing drugs, so that any idiot can ruin his or her body and family life as is done with legal alcohol, would allow addicts to purchase drugs for pennies at a retail store instead of dollars on the streets. Whole crime syndicates would then collapse. Street dealers and their drive-by shootings would disappear. Muggers and burglars would become an endangered species.
Stoners and dealers do not belong crowding our jails, only violent people do. Drugs should be sold, taxed and controlled like liquor and tobacco. It should never have become a criminal problem, just a medical one, but BIG GOVERNMENT has invented an unconstitutional class of 'criminals' that is so large that the USA has more people per capita in prison than any other country, even Third World dictatorships. "Land of the Free," is a haunting irony.
The elimination of unconstitutional drug laws would put a lot of cops, attorneys and politicians out of a job, possibly lessening our tax burden. Wouldn't that be awful?
UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW
If a Hostage Rescue Team held a drill at a penitentiary to rescue each and every prisoner who was there, even partially, for breaking a law that was not in accordance to the U.S. Constitution, what percentage of the prisoners do you think would remain?
Think of all the people in prison for illegal weapons possession and drugs, alone. That's about half, at least. Just like the innocent men on Death Row, these men are innocent. To anyone who honors the Constitution, that is. But just try finding such a person in Congress or in the judiciary. They are there, but they are in a small minority that can't seem to find a voice.
So, it's no surprise that Michael Skakel is going to prison based on no hard evidence because most go to prison based on no constitutional laws. It was only a short leap from no constitution to no evidence. All it took was to make judges unaccountable by slapping them on the wrist instead of slapping them in irons whenever they outrage the Constitution.
We as citizens are so ignorant of our true powers when we sit in a jury box, that we are shining monuments to the adage that, "Ignorance is the best friend of tyranny."

Since the U.S. government will not admit that it was they who took away airline pilots' civil rights, particularly the inalienable right to defend oneself, it now will never admit that a $300 gun in each airline cockpit would have prevented over 27 BILLION dollars in damage and saved 5,000 lives by stopping the World Trade Center crash-bombings.
Since illicit gun control laws were forced upon American citizens, many thousands of people have suffered brutal assault and death at the hands of criminals who laugh at such restrictions. The citizens who would most benefit from warding off attacks are women who are usually at a grave physical disadvantage with a male attacker. But you won't see the N.O.W. or any other liberal women's group screaming for an end to restrictions on self defense, because they appease politicians in order to likewise manipulate Americans to their own aims. I find it strange that they claim to seek "empowerment" without demanding parity against superior male strength through the protection of firearms. Oops, I forgot; a woman needs to be a government official to receive armed protection and privileges.
Gun control laws remove no guns from the hands of criminals, they only disarm victims. So let's call them what they truly are: VICTIM DISARMAMENT laws. While we are being forced to focus on Osama Bin Laden and the Al Queda terrorist network, not one talking-head "journalist" has had the courage to report the truth. The truth is that the disgraceful behavior of our federal government in both foreign policy and domestic victim disarmament laws is to blame for the horror of the WTC attack, as well as for the suffering of literally millions of crime victims across America. Those who impose such laws, from the U.S. Supreme Court all the way down the enforcement ladder to street cops, should be indicted for murder. Yes, you heard me correctly. All who today deprive citizens of their civil rights by enforcing victim disarmament should be tried for MURDER. This is because it is a felony to deprive anyone of their civil rights. And any death that results during the commission of a felony meets the test of a capital crime, murder. Before all you lawyers email me citing case and precedent to prove my statements wrong, I tell you that what is legal is not always just, as what is just is not always legal. Victim disarmament 'laws' are just state-sponsored terrorism, in that its populace must live in terror of the state. Don't bother shouting that there is no explicit right to self defense in the Bill of Rights, tell that to the lucrative abortion industry. Call the Right of Self Defense an "...emanation from the penumbra...," of the U.S. Constitution. Besides, our rights precede government anyway. The common man knows that those in political power are responsible for many thousands of deaths, including those at the WTC. But since those in power are great friends of many lawyers, there will always be loopholes that allow them to escape responsibility for their tyranny. Does any "journalist" with a wide media platform have the courage to become a actual reporter and relay this? Because what I present is more truth than not, even to skeptics. Or does being a career-building "journalist" avoid all controversy by turning a blind eye, even when thousands of countrymen are being slaughtered? We saw this behavior in WWII Germany and we are seeing it now in the USA. Like in earlier Germany, today journalists flock to government spokes-specialists who decide what the journalists are to parrot, to mollify the people so that they continue to support the war. As it was with WWII, so now it is with the "War on Drugs" and the "War on Terrorism," which do nothing to stop drugs or terrorism. Before September of 2001, the U.S. government spent ten BILLION dollars to "stop terrorism." Yet this did nothing to stop the WTC attack. They supposedly had no clue whatsoever before the WTC assault. And now, they want billions more dollars, expansion of their agencies, nationalization of airport security, and even MORE victim disarmament laws. Senators and congressmen who run and hide behind armed Secret Service and other federal cops because of a few spores are telling you that you must not have the same tools to defend your workplace, home and families. They receive the smiles and sycophancy of the press who pass this cowards' message so happily. Gun control kills. Because it is Victim Disarmament. The WTC would never have happened had the government obeyed the Bill of Rights and waged war inside our own government against those who would attempt to overrule human rights, rather than against little children overseas in Iraq and against preborn children everywhere. A bitter irony is that on 911, not one terrorist used a gun to commit their infamy. Not one. All the thousands of illicit victim disarmament laws did absolutely NOTHING to protect the innocent. The most bitter and final irony is that, had the pilots the same sidearms that they possessed while in the cockpits of military fighters, but now are forbidden because they are no longer federal employees, none of this horror would have happened. NONE. Gun control kills. And it kills far, far more men, women and children than it could ever save. So the next time elected officials who are victim disarmers brag about gun control laws and their newest goals for confiscation, call them what they truly are: MURDERERS. When "journalists" preen before cameras to tout the latest federal lies that promise peace and safety if we would only let more rights go and empower government even more, BOO at them like real men and women did at Hillary Clinton. And make protest phone calls, letters and e-mails to their news desks and sponsors. Tell them all, again and again until they get the message: gun control KILLS.

The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, enacted in 1988, discriminates on the basis of race, against all non-Indians. Neither Jews, the Irish, Poles, nor Mormons can open a gambling casino on their own land. Is this equal protection under the law? Mr. Lamb, I am part Indian and have spent time among the Shoshone. Fortunately for you, they maintain a sense of humor or maybe you would wake up one night minus your toupee. You cite equal protection, but Amerinds never volunteered to be U.S. citizens and are a conquered people. Your saying that they should be treated as "equal" losers as are Mormons, Jews, Poles and other unfortunates is a very poor joke. But your article slides deeper into the realms of self-validation with, Americans are defined, not by color, religion or ethnicity, but by belief in, and dedication to, the principles of freedom, as defined in our founding documents. As a nation, we seem to have forgotten this fundamental principle. And as a person, you seem to have forgotten the fundamental history lesson that Amerinds were here before the conquering Europeans. See: Since the government took over local schooling around 1940, black illiteracy has doubled and white illiteracy quadrupled, despite the fact that we spend three or four times as much relative money on schooling as we did before 1940. Today, 40 percent of blacks and 17 percent of whites can't read at all. In 1940, 20 percent of blacks and 4 percent of whites were illiterate. This isn't the Land of the Free, it's the Land of the Ignorant. In the false name of the "War on Drugs" more Constitutional rights have been eliminated than most people realize. Already we have tens of thousands of people in prison with their cars and homes confiscated for daring to put a substance in their bodies they so chose, even though the USSC declared a person could freely choose, without government interference, to have control over those same bodies for the right to have an abortion. "Children" who cannot "legally" have sex under the age of eighteen years because they lack the mental and social capacity to give consent are tried every day as adults when the same hypocrites in legislatures decide that they do have the mental capacity to commit a crime. Under the U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act, citizens no longer have rights against unreasonable search and seizure and are now subject to secret surveillance and searches of their property without due process, even for foreign governments. Police officers carrying out illegal searches are granted legal immunity if they were just carrying out orders, even though Nazis who "were just carrying out orders" were not allowed that defense and were sent to the gallows at Nuremberg. It seems that many think government is the source of our rights and so government can take them away whenever it chooses. And people like you can't get a clue why the Native Peoples don't want any part of the crazy white man's government and its useful-idiots who want to pontificate who does and who does not deserve to have a place under the sun. 2003

Democrat Mayor Richard Daley of Chicago, which has the third largest school district in the nation, has announced that he wants to extend the school week to 6 days, all year long, meaning no more summer vacations. Daley’s model is Communist China, where he vacationed, which has 250 days of brainwashing – excuse me – schooling per year. It seems that the mayor admires the Chinese government and wants to model his administration just like it.
Daley somehow thinks that six days of mediocrity would be much better than five days of mediocrity. And he wants that to extend from 180 days per year to the Communists’ 250. It seems that the plan is to force kids to become good and obedient little robot socialists. Just imagine, publik skool not only for 6 days a week, but for longer hours each day, and then for 12 months a year. Sobering, isn’t it? Education for exactly what? All year in publik skool to become a better publik fool? Why does Daley and his cronies want to extend the misery longer? LONG ANSWER Chicago Teachers Union officials said they support year-round schooling, but say teachers would have to be paid more. It would have to be written into their union contracts, and for more money, of course. Sen. Martin Sandoval (D-Cicero) will propose legislation next year to possibly raise the minimum required days of school attendance in Illinois after careful consideration and learned debate. SHORT ANSWER More money; for the democrat unions, suppliers and especially for the political SICKO’s (Socialists in Charge of Killing Opportunity). Political SICKO’s, as do all socialists, live at the expense of the tax-paying sheople, increasing their ‘fair share’ by impoverishing not only the children but their whole families as taxes are raised yet again. All will be called good, when it is evil. Those good citizens who voice dissent will be called evil by the SICKO’s. The irony of this situation is that most publik skool teachers are themselves graduates of the same system. They can’t spell much better than their students. So the students will grow up dumb and dumber and not able to get a decent-paying job since Congress sold them down the river. They simply won’t be able to pay the increased taxes with which Daley, Sandoval and the other SICKO’s try to empower themselves. In fact, all will be taught the socialist diversity of false entitlement and expect to be given free jobs, free health care and free rein to do everything but work. SICKO’s invariably commit slow-motion suicide by their own stupidity. Albert Einstein once said that, “The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.” Einstein was an eyewitness to German SICKO’s who ruined their nation, as well. “If we want to compete against China and India, we have to change," Daley said. Associated Press writers in their puff-pieces about SICKO politicians rarely mention how home-schooled children easily outstrip 98% of public school kids in math, the arts and sciences and even in spelling, making them frequent winners in national spelling bees. Never said is how private and charter schools often use less money and produce graduates with far better skills. Yet mayor Daley, SICKO that he is, wants to imprison children even longer in the useless tedium of the SICKO-run public obedience schools in Chicago. People who like Dracula movies recognize that SICKO’s are political vampires sucking the people dry – of their money, their parental control, their dignity and their hope. SICKO’s prove this by shrinking in horror from crosses or any other public display of spirituality. Most likely the SICKO vampires will use a good portion of the pending ‘education’ tax increases to continue fuelling their bloodlust to exterminate the good because it burns their evil. The people of Chicago should make a deal. They’ll allow their kids to go to publik skool 6 days a week and the democrat unions get an increase in pay, only if Daley, Sandoval and all of the State congress attend their jobs only one day a week and get paid for only one day a week. That would put a stake through their SICKO hearts and would be well worth the sacrifice. 2005

The Arkansas State legislature recently passed another unconstitutional law, this time forcing school teachers to log on report cards the weight of their students. Kids will be singled out and weighed and called "fat ass" even more than before because politicians pretend that they can fix hereditary and cultural problems by taking away the privacy and dignity of little kids. As incredible as this sounds, such a 'law' indeed has been written by the same State that brought us the Clintons. See the details here.
As most politicians are cash-whores, you can bet that this is all driven by insurance companies who make campaign donations and give them free 'seminars' in Hawaii and the Caribbean. This is ultimately aimed at reducing insurance dollar payout in claims. If kids are 'fat' by their health charts, they will charge extra or perhaps refuse to pay. They are considering refusing to cover smokers, fat people, old people (they already won't fully cover anyone eligible for Social Security) or any of a growing list of lifestyles. Yet their policy is hands-off people with AIDS, which is far more preventable than obesity. Could AIDS deaths be reduced from similar childhood lifestyle tinkering? Can you imagine passing a 'law' that teachers have to log on report cards if students exhibited gay behavior? After all, that's a serious medical threat because of AIDS, which costs vastly more than an obesity-caused heart attack. The chances of students dying is exponentially greater with uncontrolled gay sex than by uncontrolled eating. I don't know what the mortality percentages are for a fat kid, but I know that AIDS would be 100% fatal to him. So why aren't the politicians busy passing laws that spot childhood gay tendencies? Not only would that be politically incorrect, but worse, there's no money in it. But there is lots of money in the obesity scam. Lawyers are already gearing up to sue fast-food restaurants like they did tobacco companies and this legislation is their first step to getting what they think are millions of bucks just waiting to be plucked. They get richer, the insurance companies get richer, the politicians get richer and you and I get poorer and breathless while our chains are pulled tighter. Soon it will be 'child abuse' if a kid is overweight and his parents will go to jail. The 'fat' kid goes to a foster home where the zoo keepers are paid $700 a month, the welfare agency that removed him from his home receives up to $7,000 in bonus federal grant money, while insurance companies get government money for his health care and gratefully give more money to the politicians. Jesus said the root of all evil is the love of money. It doesn't matter how many homes politicians wreck, how many children's hearts they break, how many parents they drive to desperation and violence, they want M-O-N-E-Y. Their insurance-company contributors want M-O-N-E-Y and most of all, the lawyers want M-O-N-E-Y. And God help anyone who gets in their way. All evil is done in the name of good. Those that pretend to 'care' and 'share,' care only for themselves and share your money with those that support their immoral despotism. Meanwhile they not only break up families and hearts, they break up nations, just like they did in Greece and Rome where they also grabbed all the power while good men did nothing. The state will decide how you must not only teach and raise your children, it now wants to regulate how much and what you feed them. Soon there will be government-approved lists of what we all can and cannot eat, drink and play at. Otherwise we will be arrested, our children taken away, our bank accounts emptied fighting the lawyers with even more lawyers, and then we will be forced into membership of yet another government-created class of 'criminals' that never existed in 1776, 1876, or 1976. In her Magnificat, Mary, the mother of Jesus, said that, "He has confused the proud in the conceit of their hearts." (LK 1: 51)
It is reported nationally that Terri Schindler's husband-in-name-only wants to "pull the plug" on her. Pulling the plug is what I asked for my own father. After a massive heart attack he was on a ventilator and had no brain waves. As soon as the ventilator was turned off, he immediately expired, making no movement. And like Terri Schindler's parents, it broke my heart. The proud legal system hears only what it wants to hear: parol evidence that Terri had once stated that she didn't want her life prolonged by tubes. We can only rely on her vagrant husband's word for this. He reportedly collected over a million dollars for her rehabilitation and to this day hasn't started any rehabilitation regimes, so we have no idea how far she may have recovered, had he allowed it. It is said that he even refused to treat her bedsores. But the courts have stalwartly refused testimony to this effect, that her 'husband' has a record of constantly going against Terri's best interests, whether true or not. He insists that Terri wants to die. The courts continue in refusing to acknowledge that food and water are not medical treatments and are not the same as a life-support ventilator. If Terri could eat with her own hands, she would still be subject to be killed by the state upon the whim of a 'husband' who could swear that Terri said that she wanted to die rather than be confined to a bed, eat hospital food, not be able to ice skate on Florida's Lake Okeechobee, etc. Unfortunately, courts have the latitude to interpret as they see fit. The courts refuse to hear that Michael Schiavo has de facto abandoned his privilege over the fate of Terri by taking a new wife (common law) and having children with her. How he can retain any legal standing before the courts who are eager to recognize homosexual 'marriages,' yet cannot seem to recognize Schiavo's new one, which invalidates his old one to Terri. The proud choose not to see what working Americans easily see. It is said that Terri Schindler exists in a "permanent vegetative state." My father had was in a permanent vegetative state after a massive heart attack. He never opened his eyes. He didn't move and he had a flat EEG except for basal brain stem activity related to autonomous function. Terri interacts with both staff and visitors. But she cannot talk and so is being treated as a preborn child, who also cannot speak, by our Culture of Death. Repeatedly, nurses, doctors, family and friends have attempted to supply eye-witness testimony that Terri reacts to visitors and tries to communicate. Some basic words and intentions can be discerned by those intimate to her care. Yet the courts refuse to hear it. These are the same supremacist courts that enforce the 'law' of aborting over 60 million preborn inconvenient, mostly minority children in this country. Roe v. Wade insured that millions of black babies would never be born to become criminals and welfare recipients, costing society billions of dollars. So how can we expect them to endorse the sanctity of life in Terri's case, since she likewise drains precious resources? Greek civilization that endorsed euthanasia and suicide plummeted into a non-world power. The word "euthanasia" comes from the Greek 'eu' and 'thanatos' and means "a good death." The word has come to mean the bringing about of a gentle and easy death especially in the case of incurable and painful illnesses. But slowly dying of thirst can never be gentle nor easy. It is cruel far beyond any death-penalty execution and exceeds Terri's original suffering, and does so exponentially. Imagine yourself going without water for not three days, but for over a week. You would not do that to a dog. Members of P.E.T.A. would scream for your hide. But if you do it to a disabled, 'useless' person, the proud supremacists, who love to tell everyone else how to live, applaud. This country is sick. Like the Greeks, our moral apathy will devolve America into a third-world nation. As long as we allow a minority to not only steal from the majority (federalism) but to hijack our God-given natural rights through judicial activism, we will one day soon be as relevant as France in the world community. It is we who are becoming "surrender monkeys" to the daily unconstitutional abuses of judicial power. A legal system that insures that the maximum number of preborn children are executed painfully every day cannot be relied upon to make any other decision in defense of life, unless it is the life of a judge, a political appointee, or a homosexual. A Supreme Court that instituted abortion of useless "fetuses," based on not one word in the U.S. Constitution, but by "...an emanation from the penumbra of the Constitution...," can and will justify death sentences of equally useless disabled people. If the constitutional foundation doesn't exist, judicial activists will interpret it as so. They have become the Final Solution to not only our freedoms but to all lives that they see as inconvenient. And who is inconvenient is determined by which way the wind blows. 2005

Ending life support against the will of the patient, especially when the patient is NOT brain dead, like Terry Schiavo, who was not brain-dead, is murder. She was killed because she was handicapped and useless. She was NOT on life support machine, just being given food and water.
The Nazis did this during WWII. Through a program of eugenics, the weak, the handicapped and the mentally challenged were all murdered after a state-sponsored propaganda program in all German movie houses. The Nazi films showed the very worst cases of human malformation to cause revulsion in the public, and lied to them, that need resources were being denied German sons in the front lines because they were being 'wasted' on these sub-humans who deserved only death, as a 'mercy' to them. After these films were aired a program of heartless murder was enacted and thousands of patients in institutions were butchered.
Whoever wants to stop water and food with a patient that is not brain-dead is no better than a Nazi, no matter how they attempt to couch their infamy in false and self-serving 'good intentions.'

How about for patients who feel no longer loved?
How about patients whose judgment is affected temporarily by drug and treatment regimens?
Please comment on what is so humane about seeking death before any spiritual considerations.
You might also cite the 'success' of the involuntary euthanizing of over 40 million preborn children as justification that convenience and pleasure are strong considerations over whether lives at any age are 'worthy' of continuation.
Finally, who gets to decide who lives and who dies? A doctor? A nurse? Greedy relatives? Your congressman? You?
Maybe we ought to leave it up to a judge. Maybe Judge Greer is still available with his unbiased and constitutionally even-handed imperial wisdom.

What is 'wrong' about IVF (In-Vitro Fertilization) is not just the creation and destruction of embryos/children for a low-success procedure, it's the orientation.
How may blind humans challenge the wisdom of God? If God has ordained that a person be infertile (or have ten children,) who are we to seek to alter His plan? We are on earth to expiate our errors, not to compound them. In refusing to accept being barren, diseased, or any other lack, we add error to error. We each must take up our cross and find God. We must stop attempting to manipulate God by changing His plan as if we know better than He. We often pray to God like He's too dense to know our needs before we do. We want everything from the One we give nothing. And if He does not give us children, then we will take them! Thus, IVF is just another path downward to Hell. The sin, the 'satan,' is in the ego that decides its wisdom superior to the Creator's and refuses to surrender and accept suffering as purification for the advancement of souls. Those that seek the material will reap it, but they will see it turn to dust before their eyes. God is not to serve us, it is we who are to serve God. Any procedure, any belief, any religion and any advocacy that seeks to serve self is the anti of God. Even "donating eggs" defies what has been ordained and is the anti of Christ. To the fish, water is all there is.
When a fisherman pulls forth the fish from its element, it is not only the snare of the hook but the sudden absence of water that shocks it.
All it had known is vanished into a new reality that destroys its life. It then becomes transformed into a higher life form when it is consumed by the fisherman. Constituently, the fish becomes the man, but the man never becomes the fish.
Man is complacent in his fish universe, which he measures with only five senses. Mankind’s materiality and identification with the physical world is equally limiting.
Even when told of the atmosphere above and around his material barrier, most often he rejects such information and remains entrapped in the material while continuing his attempts to make God perform as a human, even though, like man, God can never become the fish.
What makes fish and men apart is that fish have no choice in their seeing, whereas men choose what they see.
It is men who become illusions themselves because they refuse to see their illusion of separateness.
Men who see with their own two eyes are blind. Those who close their eyes to look within themselves, see.
A fisherman dips his fingers into the water to rinse his fingers.
A fish sees four fingers dipped into its pond by the fisherman as four separate creatures. It cannot imagine that all four creatures are one in the hand of a human outside of his universe of water.
Yet there is only one creature invading its pond. Men likewise look upon each other and perceive separate individuals, yet are as backward as the fish in perception, for all mankind is One.
Separateness is an illusion created by those who have yet to learn to look beyond the water-atmosphere barrier.
Where is the barrier between the material universe of mankind and the ultimate state of reality?
It exists right before each and within each.
There is only one personhood.
There is only one consciousness.
There is only one soul.
There are many manifestations of the One.
Yet as a finger has no eye, most of mankind also have no eye, for the eye that is single is the only one that truly sees.
...If thy eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. (Mt 6: 22)
One may advance the same way as does the fish, which suffers the hook, discovers a new universe of existence, is consumed, and thus becomes one with the fisherman. Likewise, men must suffer a cross, discover a new universe of selflessness, and become consumed by the Many to become One with all, much like the man once consumed the communion Host, the divinity of which was imparted to become the man until the circle was completed by his spiritual advancement into the One.
Each human being who has seen within the mystery of physical or sacramental holy communion, becomes the host offered for consumption to those who are in a higher state of existence, to become the ultimate One. Instead of a stone altar, men offer themselves on a spiritual altar of sacrifice, where individuality is finally set aside and all is unselfishly offered to the many who would become One.
"To see ourselves as others see us...," wrote Scottish poet, Robert Burns. Yet he was limited by seeing only the material universe. The correct form is to see others as ourselves.
Each is a finger, a manifestation of the creature many call God, the Source, the Many, or the One. Each person is an intimate manifestation of ourselves with varying degrees of blindness imposed by our choice to exist too substantially in the material world at the cost of blindness to the real World, which is most often called, The Kingdom. The kingdom is all about us, but few have the eye to see it.
As long as we remain in spiritual separateness and see ourselves as discrete individuals, we cannot advance to the real World. When we deny our very selves and take up the cross of sacrificial love at the expense of self, for the love of our other selves, we begin to see and live in the only reality, the reality of One consciousness, One soul, One personhood, One power, and most of all, One love.
Loving all others as we love ourselves, we then are loving our true Self, which is all others.
Instead of asking God for acts of His will, we must become His will without thought and without trying to understand it. Do this and we are already in the Kingdom.
Those who choose to remain in a fish universe will never be worthy of the net.
Those who turn to the infinite ocean of wisdom within and find that all are indeed One, will enter the higher reality, the Kingdom, and never need to return again as a fish.

Those that God loves, know lack and illness, not prosperity and health.
Those that equate material success with 'blessings' know nothing of success nor of God.
Those that ask for nothing, receive everything. Never pray to receive anything, for that is religion, and religion is the enemy of reason. Instead, trust that the Father knows what you need before you ask for it. Don't tell Him how, where and when. Don't presume to tell Him at all. Have faith, not religion. Ask not. It is only when you give all that you will receive all. Many do not want to hear this because it goes against their comfortable, preconceived notions of spirituality. Such people tend to trust only other people---theologians, popes, bishops, doctors---only 'experts' that they think know more than them. Yet when a voice crying in the desert approaches, they shut their minds and open their mouths to create wind instead of Life. It's impossible to teach people in a spiritual coma because they are insensate to truth. Only when the comatose make a great effort to ascend through their pain and suffering to force open their eyes and ears, can they advance in the experience to eventually become one with the Rock of Ages. Until we frail humans can learn to ascend without being forced to do so by material discomfort, there will always be disease, pain, persecution and suffering, for that is the only path that can be seen in the dim light of the ego. For most, cancer is the cure. Do not attempt to convert those who do not seek. Love them, pray for them, be a center of peace to them, but never an advocate. They will not 'buy' until they have the coin of reason that is earned only through the great pains and misfortunes of what they call 'life,' but is not. Until people learn to not seek 'blessings,' they will profit nothing of what the Kingdom has to offer them. They will only begin to receive true blessings when they have learned to ask not. During Mass on the Feast of St. Nicholas (December 6), 1273, Thomas Aquinas had a detailed, heavenly vision that caused him to give up his writing. Entirely. After the vision he was pestered by a nun who was insisting that he annotate his Summa for publication, but he waved her away, charging her to put it together any way she saw fit, adding, "I can write no more. I have seen things which make all my writings as valueless as straw."
Three months later, he died, having written not one more word. Thomas was said to have acted bewildered, as if the people around him were suddenly speaking an alien language.
The works of St. Thomas Aquinas founded the traditional Christian beliefs of Heaven, Hell, reward, punishment, as well as the natures of man, Church, souls, and especially, sin. Most all our current beliefs come from his seminal work. He is equated as the greatest Doctor the Church and the Christian world has followed Aquinas' conceptualizations ever since. Yet Aquinas blew it all off after seeing the reality of the next life. Why?
What we think of as justice is a joke to reality. When we think a criminal is 'irreformable,' so give him a life sentence or the death penalty, it is we who become irreformable. When we thirst for punishing even the worst offending priests in the American Church, it is we who pronounce our own punishment.
Let me repeat this: Whatever we judge upon another, is done exactly to us. Even while we are in a jury box, unless we show mercy.
Some of us are beginning to understand reality. And it's ugly, because inside, we have allowed ourselves to become so blind to the suffering of our brethren, that we are uglier than we'd ever imagine.
Sin? Sin is intentional ignorance. Of the Church within, of the government, of society, of our brothers' plight.
When we are ignorant, we cannot feel the responsibility to act. And since we don't want to act, we stay intentionally ignorant.
All 'criminals' and 'terrorists' commit negative acts because they were not under the law of Love, and thus, Grace. They failed to receive love from us, because we remained intentionally ignorant of their suffering, whether it was loneliness, deprivation or despair. And when they come after us for redress, we put them in prison or kill them.
Aquinas who we thought knew everything about the "Church," discovered at his life's end that he knew nothing.
And so it is that so many, many periti, bishops and intellectuals, know even less.

3) Approves our troops kidnapping children and women, just like the Gestapo, in order to make "insurgents" surrender to save their families.
4) Suspends most civil rights through the PATRIOT Act and nationwide blanket surveillance of innocent Americans.
5) Allows the President to declare himself absolute dictator, excuse me,---"Unitary Executive"---free to ignore the Congress and courts, as well as state, federal and international laws.
6) Allows the President to suspend the powers of Congress by signing secret treaties with Canada and Mexico and refusing to tell Congress what those treaties contain.
7) Flies suspects out from the USA to countries where torturing them is 'legal.'
8) Allows his Attorney General to refuse to grant persecuted Christians sanctuary in the USA while allowing Muslims and millions of illegals 'amnesty.'
9) Violates the First Amendment rights of the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, peaceable assembly, and to petition the government for redress of grievances by forcing protesters behind barbed wire in "Free Speech Zones" over a mile away from Presidential public appearances.
10) Violates repeatedly the U.S. War Crimes Act , committing innumerable U.S. federal felonies deserving long prison terms.
11) Outrageous ongoing violations of the 13th Amendment by forcing recently discharged veterans and veterans due to be discharged to return to fight for oil control in Iraq and elsewhere for unspecified periods of time, converting U.S. citizens to slaves.
12) Allows the President to grant himself whatever dictatorial powers he desires each week based upon his false "War On Terror," when the 'terrorists' had been trained at U.S. military bases, are mostly still alive, while the three WTC buildings were destroyed by daisy-chained demolition explosives according to over 500 eye-witnesses at the scene. (THE HIDDEN HISTORY OF 9-11-2001 ISBN 0-7623-1305-6 pages 90-93, 169-173) All their eyewitness testimony was expunged from the final report of the 9-11 COMMISSION and the government's version was substituted.
Anyone who thinks the above photo means that God is 'watching over' the USA, I ask,"WHY?" "Why would He? Because we obey His commandments so well? Because we follow the Love that Christ taught us so well?"
Could not the above photo means that the USA will be crucified? Isn't that far more likely? This supports the revelations at Fatima, Portugal in 1917, where it was prophesied that the sun will be the future instrument of the Grand Chastisement.

Today, we call preborn children, "fetuses," and POW's, "enemy combatants," even though both classes are cherished God's children.

I write in obedience to you, my God, who commands me to do so through his Excellency, the Bishop of Leiria, and through your Most Holy Mother and mine. (visual) After the two parts which I have already explained, at the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an angel with a flaming sword in his left hand. Flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire, but they died out in contact with the splendor that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand.
Pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, PENANCE!!" And we saw in an immense light that is God. In a manner similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it, was a bishop dressed in white. We had the impression that it was the Holy Father. Other bishops, priests, men and women religious, were going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough-hewn trunks as of a cork-tree with bark. Before reaching there, the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins, half trembling with a halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow as he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way. Having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross, he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him. And in the same way there died, one after another, the other bishops, priests, men and women religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions. Beneath the two arms of the Cross there were two angels, each with a crystal aspersorium in his hand, in which they gathered up the blood of the martyrs and with it sprinkled the souls that were making their way to God. ------------- (audible) "Don't worry, dear child, I am the Mother of God speaking to you and begging you to proclaim in my name the following message to the entire world. In doing this, you will meet with great hostility. But be steadfast in the faith and you will overcome this hostility. Listen, and remember well what I say to you.
Men must become better. They must implore the remission of the sins which they have committed and will continue to commit. You ask me for a miraculous sign so that all may understand the words in which, through you, I address mankind. This miracle you have just seen was the Great Miracle of the Sun! Everyone has seen it - believers, and unbelievers, country and city dwellers, scholars and journalists, laymen and priests. And now, in my name, it is proclaimed: A great punishment shall come to all mankind, not as yet today, nor even tomorrow, but near the second half of the twentieth century. What I have already made known at LaSalette through the children Melanie and Maximin, I repeat today before you. Mankind has not developed as God expected; mankind has been sacrilegious and has trampled underfoot the gifts which were given it. There is no order in anything. Even in the highest positions, it is Satan who governs and decides how affairs are to be conducted. He will even know how to find his way to the highest positions in the Church. He will succeed in sowing confusion in the minds of the great scholars who invent arms with which half of mankind can be destroyed in a few minutes. He will bring the mighty ones under his thumb and make them manufacture armament in bulk. If mankind does not refrain, I shall be forced to let fall my Son's arm. If those at the top in the world and in the Church do not oppose these acts, it is I who shall do so, and I shall pray God my Father to visit His Justice on men. It is then that God will punish men more harshly and more severely than he punished them by the flood, and the great and powerful shall perish thereby, as well as the small and weak. There will also come a time of the hardest trials for the Church. Cardinals will be against cardinals and bishops against bishops. Satan will put himself in their midst. In Rome there will also be big changes. What is rotten will fall, and what will fall must not be maintained. The Church will be darkened and the world plunged into confusion. The big, big war will happen near the second half of the Twentieth Century. Then fire and smoke will fall from the sky and the waters of the oceans will be turned into steam - hurling their foam towards the sky, and all that is standing will be overthrown. Millions and more millions of men will lose their lives from one hour to the next and the living will envy the dead. There will be tribulation wherever the eye can see and misery over all the earth and desolation in all countries. The time is continually approaching, the abyss is growing wider, and there is no end. The good will die with the wicked, the big with the small, the princes of the Church with their faithful, and the sovereigns of the world with their subjects. Satan's henchmen will then be the only sovereigns on earth. This will be a time which neither king nor emperor, cardinal nor bishop, is expecting. But it will come, nevertheless, in accordance with my Father's plans, to punish and avenge. Later, however, when those who survive all things are still alive, God and His glory will once more be invoked and will once more be served as He was so long ago, when the world had not yet been corrupted. I call on all true imitators of my Son, Jesus Christ; on all true Christians and latter-day apostles. The Time Of Times is coming and the End Of All Ends if mankind is not converted and if this conversion does not come from above, from the directors of the world and the directors of the Church. But woe, woe if this conversion does not come about and if all remains as it is, it all becomes even worse. Go, my child, and proclaim it! I shall remain always by your side, to help you." *************
This is an extract from the Third Secret of Fatima and not the complete text of the original message as the Mother of God revealed it on the 13th of October, 1917 to the then-small visionary, Lucia, now a departed cloistered Carmelite nun who lived in a convent in Coimbra, Portugal. This extract is being circulated presently in diplomatic circles, to no effect.
